gay was rated top three for most of the season. pretty sure it was the poor showing from the NCAA tourny that knocked him down.

I think our top target is knight, if he's not available we take leonard OR we move down a few spots and take byiombo if the right deal comes along. I don't think we pick bismarck with the 5th pick, but I have a feeling Colangelo (who likes to gamble) would rather get him instead of leonard, but he's afraid 5th is too much of a reach. Last thing he needs is another Bargnani pick.

only if we get biyombo in this trade, i would actually love this trade considering hayward is a stud and a great glue guy, i love his abilities,

if both players worked out they would be perfect to put around derozan and bargnani, big that can rebound and shot block, and a 3 that finds the ball and can shoot 3's and defend,

obviously its unlikely a deal like this could happen but it is just interesting thinking about it

Wow that first and last trade are massive stinkers. Trade Davis for that pile o shit? Especially that first one. No thanks but I would do the Milwaukee and Detroit trades.

virtually no one in any draft is a lock to be a good player...no one can predict a players ability ability to motivate themselves to get the most out of their potential...thats just the way it is...

so when a guy that scouts players for a living and thinks a kid's got potential, i wouldn't question it...like it or not, thats the person that can best predict what a player can or cannot do...

and iam gonna stop doubting colangelo because his draft record isnt that shabby...drafting derozan & ed davis, looking back they should have been drafted in the top 5....and drafting bargs, which actually wasnt too bad of a pick given who was projected to go in the top 5....it would be stupid to draft aldridge 1st overall to play backup to a freshly resigned bosh...and i dont really need to say anything about roy....

great points mate. De rozan and davis were both excellent picks, and barg may have pissed off a lot of us (me included!) but he has shown he has the ability of a top 5 pick. I'm really hopeful that one more good pick could really improve us.

if a trade that really improves us happens i'm happy to take a punt with the draft at a slightly lower pick. I'm really keen on knight but he looks like he'll be gone.
