We have an easy calendar left , Tj may be back by april, garbo will be back to training and he may help Bargs and the team psycologicaly speaking, Bosh is back, parker is back, we will get a good new piece for the team, probably PG. I predict good things happening.

umm.. i don't think we end up with as many wins as last year, but it doesn't matter to me. I just want this team to play with conviction. Something that has been happening the last 6 games or so. Even the Philly game. we almost stole that victory when it mattered - and that's something i'm not used to seeing.

As long as we end up in the playoffs and do it with good team morale, i think we'll be in for a nice ride in the second season.

We can't beat Milwaukee (5 - 19 on the road)

I gotta agree wtih Kuzzy - Toronto 'could' pull off a 31 - 10 in the second half, but realistically probably fall somewhere between that mark and 24 - 17

Don't set your sites too high fellas. Cause you'll be calling for heads and hitting panic buttons when we're on pace for .500.

If you want my take on numbers, i say it'll be more of 22-19 from here on in. I still will re-iterate that win numbers won't mean much in the long run.

I don't like the looks of March. Some pretty tough games.

My prediction:

like fancy 22-19

Could be lower if we don't have TJ back at some point.

WOW, you think we'll fair that poorly milk? I'd like to think we'll split the back-to-back with Washington and Miami's down and out, so I think we can exploit them too.

I think we'll be fluttering at the .500 mark for the 2nd half. I'm going to say 21-20 and we get the 6th or 7th spot for the playoffs.

At this point i see a good 2nd half..not as strong as last year but i see us with high 40 wins right now... 47ish again likely if we don't go on a real run. Last year we were beating all the teams we should and losing to good teams. This year there's no real pattern... great one game, stinker the next, great 3 games, stinker... tough to call.

I was kidding, but it's a very possible scenario. Milwaukee is a team we'll have major problems this year imo. We don't match up very well with them, and they can kill us inside, especially if Bargnani will not play well. As for Whasington, is it me, or nobody else notices how good they're playing? I see them as the top team in the east right now, they just beat the Celtics on a back to back, they beat Dallas by 20 (and Dallas is playing much better recently) - no other team has been as good over the last 5-6 games. If Arenas doesn't return by then, I doubt we'll be able to beat them ...

If TJ can play like TJ of old right away, then they finish very strong, since he fills a lot of holes on both sides of the court, provides leadership and toughness that is much needed, and allows for the role players to fill their roles more succesfully.

If he has trouble getting back on track, then this season is a bit of a write off as a team. I can see both Bosh and Calderon having beautiful numbers and the team struggling to get above the eighth seed. If they can't get to 6 or better than the playoffs will be tough.

First time I read your post I thought that I was agree with all less the first sentence, but when I began to count wins ... I only found 21 easy wins.

March is gonna be a tough month. If we can take 9 wins that month, then I think we can reach 25 wins.
