I think they will sign him to an extension sooner than later, opening the door for them to move Bosh.

What kind of extension do you think he will sign...

3yrs, $21 million range? or do you think they can lock him up longer term on the cheap.

i guess that sounds about right. I often don't really follow sports salaries all that closely so without making making a fool of myself i will just smile and nod.

In any event, i hope the Raptors do sign Bargnani long term. I like his game and i like his personality. He will only get better.

I think regardless if Bosh stays or not, Bargnani is getting his extension.

But, then we become midgets in the our frontcourt. We'd have no height at all. Bargnani might not be a great rebounder, but defensively he's coming into this own. We'd miss his shot blocking abilities for sure. Not to mention his offense.

No one's a homer regarding Andrea and if you think 3 years at $21 million is overrating him then you might want to give your head a shake. I think that's a steal at that price considering how he played during the 2nd half of last season.

I totally agree...Lebron has hit close to his peak. Bargs is just getting going. Upside is a hell of a drug...

24mil/3yrs sounds about right, but something else to predict ... how much better do you lot think Bargnani is going to get? I see him averaging 18 grabbing 7 and blocking 2 a game.

18/7/2 sounds about right. If anything he might score a couple more points and grab one less board. He'll also have a lot more freedom within the offense this year so it wouldn't surprise me to see him go off for 30 a few more times than he did last year.
