why? it's high school. i've seen kids in high school be sent home for having a hole in his jeans and wearing the "wrong" T-shirt.

the ban in high school (at least in my day) was against anything that could get caught and cause injury. bracelets were out because you could catch a finger in someone else's wrist and lose it. same with belts. earrings because they could tear out, etc.

They don't let you wear chains or necklaces as well

I had earings in high school. But most of that was probably the case when i was in high schoold as well. But when i was in high school, holy jeans, certain concert T- Shirts (depending on how graphic) were scrutinized quite a bit. If you didin't want to be at school just wear something like that and you would be sent home by lunch. lol

ive tried these bands and the guys doing the demo did three different tests on me, 1 balance, 1 strength, and one a combination of both. They went through the motions without the band and then with the band next so I thought people just knew what to do the 2nd time and thus got better results. So when I went up for the demo, I told them I wanted to try with the band first and then without it. i was skeptical at first and still am, but with the band on I did get better results. Placebo effect i guess, if only I had a livestrong band with me at the time to compare.

Doesn't even have to be the placebo effect. Could just be that your sample size is too small, or that a million other things you didn't even think of had an effect. People who believe on that basis (that "I tried it once and it made an improvement") are people unfamiliar with the Questionable Cause category of logical fallacies:

Shouldn't these trials be done where the wearer doesn't know if he's wearing a real band or a fake band?

If there was any kind of placebo effect then results would be the same if either a real band or fake band was worn. So maybe that's why that doesn't happen.
