As I always said we need a SG/SF who can create his own shot and has leadership skills. We don't need JO. We just need a tough guy who can defend and rebound.

We were the better team, we just didn't play with a sense of urgency until we were stuck 15 in the third. We showed character trying to come back. Golden State responded to numerous runs, but we kept coming at them and never gave up.

but
It's getting far to repetitive watching this team get 6pt, 8pt leads against teams we have on their heels, and then following that up with shit possessions on offense where we ignore what was getting us that lead in the first place and on defense where we lack focus, and the urgency that we rarely see from the Raptors.

We had 5 open looks at threes with three very good three point shooters too take the lead in the final minute. You can't ask for a better chance than that.

convinced that Raptors fans are only happy when they're unhappy.

Well, I'm kind of glad I didn't stay up late to watch the entire game. Watched till half and was optimistic, but then realized that we can't finish out games. Last night apparently was another perfect example of that.

missing 5 open 3's on 2 key possessions late in the 4th in a 2-point game is going to kill you every time, but getting yourself stuck 15 in the 3rd is the real problem.

bosh and jose were great. they did what they needed to. they just had no support at all from the wings.

the missed 3s and the time humps and joey missed putbacks consecutively really did us in, i think Bosh and Jose played well, Joey and Hump brought some energy, everybody else was pretty bad.

Let me add, i still think JT is a bad coach, he doesnt ride hot hands, or make changes in game that make a big impact and he gives Soloman (puke) time over Roko.

The better question is, even if they are good looks, why take a low percentage shot when all you need is a simple FG to tie the game? Instead you bail them out. I understand some will say b/c it was a clean look, but that's fine for one posession, not three straight. My slide to hating this team has begun.

Also, my brother noticed, that Bosh about a week ago freaked out on Roko regarding a posession, Roko was subsequently taken out and hasn't seen the floor since. Could just be a coincidence but somethign worth noting.

Happened more than once. At least a handful of times. I can't blame Bosh though when a rookie point guard continually looks him off when he's got his man sealed in the post. I can only guess that Roko isn't comfortable throwing the post entry at this level yet.

Oh, I'm not blaming Bosh or Triano. My thing is, if you want to have your young guard improve you gotta let them play because at least when he's on the court he's playing consistently and better than Solomon who stagnates the offence and just doesn't really pass.

I would be playing him as well. I like Roko. And Bosh flipping out on him is better than nothing at all. Roko would get the point eventually.

Nothing like being a rookie in the NBA on a shitty team, and not getting any PT to develop, usually guys like this end up saying goodbye and becoming decent or great (hi Tmac).

Im with thriller, IMO we should trade Jose and Bargs and go forward with Bosh, JO, and what we can get for those two guys.

Btw I still think we're making the playoffs. The East 7 and 8 seeds will be ridiculously embarrasing again this year. I'm not scared of New Jersey, Chicago, Milwaukee, Philly. We're only 2 games back. With our easier schedule we'll be ok I think, Chicago and NJ have been overperforming IMO.
