I think even 34 and 11 rebounds, had some nice hustle plays!

Only problem is that a week ago he was missing layups and easy shots all the time. Now when he's previewing his talents to possible GM's he plays a lot better (another raptor that dogged it?)

The coaches challenged him to get it and he has gotten 20 or more before in a "real" game.

Again, bittersweet way to end the year. Not sure if that was Chris Bosh saying the right things to Leo, or if that was Chris Bosh telling the truth - either way I was impressed with how he handled himself.

Despite how this season went, I enjoyed losing my RF virginity this year. I'm definitely looking forward to posting with all of you when the Raptors have won the championship. Book it.

Bosh, Marion, Calderon were very impressive
Marion's price will be more than MLE, don't you think?

The fun doesn't end here.

We'll be here bitching away all summer long.

in the end we only lost 2 potential draft positions. I'd rather finish the season strong and draft 9 than to draft 7 at the cost of losing a ton of games. I think Marion didn't play too hard in his first games here because he wasn't motivated since we were out of the playoffs. When properly motivated, I doubt we could get anything better at the price (probably eight mils or so).

always sad when the season is over, but it was nice to end it on a high note. surely there are moves to be made this off-season, but i still think we have some nice pieces. it will be an interesting summer, that's for sure.

I know POB's got (bucketloads of) haters, but he's shown enough since the IND game to justify an unguaranteed min. contract- similar to the one Douby got so we can evaluate at training camp. You look at him at training camp, and at worst you just cut him. At best, you keep him, good 13th-15th man, big body at practice. If he sucks it up during the season you cut him( which, assuming we're at .500 or thereabouts, he shouldn't even be seeing the floor besides garbage time.)

So we won 9 out of our last 12 games.....

Moved the ball beautifully in most of them....

KILLED people on the glass....

And our guys played with more energy, intelligence and heart than we've seen most of the season.

Anyone still think I'm crazy for thinking that this is a promising team?

Yes, there are still some pieces that we need but this is DEFINITELY a playoff team next year. Without a doubt.

Marion will be re-signed.

Bosh will stay.

We'll win 40-50 games.

Ugo will owe me $20.
