Meh its Chicago, they're a good team with a good coach. The only bright spot I can see is that our two main offensive guys put good numbers. Their turnover numbers have to decrease. Derozan FG% was 50%, pretty good improvement there. If these two can keep up their games, we can be ok. Now the search goes on for that 3rd option on the court. Bayless played pretty well.

Note: I'm looking at th box score ans basing my assumptions there.

This team badly needs a Defensinve Center (Bargs to PF) and a dynamic PG that can defend his position or they'll never go anywhere, period.

IMO, our SF aren't the main problems. Add a traditional Center that doesn't need touches and plays D, and a Dynamic PG and our SF position looks fine for now.

Chandler or Perkins or Gasol (via FA), Mayo or Iguodala (via Trade) + draft a PG (Irving?). Easier said then done but it doesn't even have to be those exact players but players with a simular skillset.

Iguodala could probably be had for Weems, pick and an expiring or something like that. But do we want him here is the qestion?

Well that was pretty much expected. Some positive notes though:
- AB was decent coming back. Not like a huge game, but he had some nice drives and scored about his average.
- Props to Jerryd for the effort. He played the right way. Didnt force too much early but still too some shots to keep the defense honest. When we needed a spark he did take it more to himself to score. Rose was good, but didnt explode on us. And all this while Jerryd is the only point and playing injured. Of course the on PG who playes injured situation hurts our offense a lot, but cant blame Jerryd for that.
- Derozan was hitting his jumpers. He couldnt get to the basket, but thats more to do with Chicago inside D, than him playing worse than in previous games.

On the bleak side Barbosa and Kleiza are still not hitting anything and our bigs outside Bargs somehow didnt look that good anymore.

I'm thinking most people's applause for Scalabrine is totally sarcastic, Ciao. He's not exactly a popular or well liked player. So when people refer to him as good or refer to his scoring or whatever, it's usually out of sarcasm and meant as a joke.

If Scalabrine played here he'd be cheered like that and it wouldn't be sarcastic, sports fans in this city love guys like him. Lol

Embarrassing post defence with a few posterizations. Nice. I say nice it was sad to watch really. No muscles in the post, they should do something about it. And defenceless Bargs is really starting to get on my nerves with his fishing for three pointers.

This team blows.

I'm really tired of watching them stink it up. If anything, watching chicago shows you how much we need to get lucky in the draft a la Taj Gibson. Anyone expecting some miracle trade is living in a dream world.
I think having the guys we already have get better together is the way to go, but their talent level, and the coaching probably won't propel them past the 7-8th spot, and that's for the next few seasons.

We looked bad, but it also doesn't help when you never know who's going to play one game to the next because of injury and you have guys trying to go despite injury who otherwise shouldn't be playing (Bayless).

I watched the second half of the game and I fell asleep pretty quickly.

I know we say, we have depth, but jeez, this team is terrible. There's no flow offensively. Defensively, we show glimpses, but then we just don't communicate or move quick enough.

I know, as fans, we get attached to some players, but beyond maybe 2-3 guys on this team, I don't know who you keep.

I got Davis, DeRozan, Bargnani, Bayless as our real keepers. Now mind you Davis and Derozan are still a few years away from getting to where they should be.

I'm on the fence with Bayless simply because I don't know if he amounts to more than being a back up PG right now.

I like him, I just don't know where he fits in beyond adding a ton of leadership and toughness at the 1. He's gotta learn how to get teammates going offensively.

I want Barbosa and Kleiza gone.

Watching the two of them play is really frustrating for me.
