Yeah, Bargs was talking about how he learned alot from Sam and that it was great that he had played in the league and had been there.

Jose was funny, he said that he had trouble understanding what he was saying when he came to the Raptors. lol

Not saying Sunny can't get there, but he and DD are both very similar at this point. I like how DD gets to the rim more than Sunny though.
It's true about the minutes. I think neither Kleiza nor Sonny are starters though, so that could just mean a huge problem. And we've seen Sonny be able to play defense while coming off the bench. If he can return to that form then it's all good. Otherwise they can both go.

Sam Mitchell might've not been the best coach in a technical sense but the guy was a great leader as a player and coach, and had this swagger about him. Good to see Bargs show respect to him.

I'll tell you one thing, 06-07 was one of the funnest seasons i've watched (2nd only to 2000-01), and he had a lot to do with that. He had that team rolling and he was great fun to watch on the sidelines and listen to.

You're right... the wings are where this team will need an upgrade.... I'd like to see what Kleiza can do as the starting SF for a good stretch of games though. I think Sunny with a more limited role would be a great asset... maybe he needs to be reigned in by the coaching staff a little.

i missed the game. How is Jose picked by nobody going 7-9 for 15 and 14 assists? Did he play badly otherwise?

Numbers are great... and Jose played well... but anyone watching the game realized AB dominated on both ends tonight.... albeit against the Nets. Jose definitely ran the team well, but AB was the guy tonight....

I imagine he was remembering how Hump couldn't handle Dirk's pumpfakes on the perimeter either. And then he probably wondered why that hadn't crossed Avery's mind.

This team needs Jose and Barg on the floor..

Jose does indeed have to start... once again Bayless is a GREAT backup and will only get better learning as a backup he aint a starter yet..

Bargs has more great games then bad games... yes he dissapears ever 4-5th game ... get over it... He's only going to get better

One thing that needs to be addressed RIGHT AWAY is Amir...

I'm sorry i just dont see a improvement when it comes to foul trouble...

This young kid can be a really really REALLY good player if he just stays on the court ...2quick fouls every game getting benched till mid way thru the 2nd or starting the 3rd and again 2 quick fouls and back to the bench is ruining his game, and development... He could be playing great and getting into the flow but then needs to be benched because of foul trouble... fucks it up for him!

He stays on the floor, puts up really good mins and numbers! Need to keep him on the court...

Kleiza is a rebounding machine. . . .

P.S but as much as I hate it he has still to many turnovers , but his game tonight was huge, 45 mins. and all the time fighting and rebounding . Glad to see

Few fouls was to harsh, if u know what I mean, it's probably because he has a reputation of being a foul prone. But as a PF Amir is a great jump shooter, quite good rebounder. I'd say we keep him for a little while. (4-8 years)

I'm not at all saying get rid of him and calling him a great jump shooter is over the hill abit...

He definitley has improved that mid range jumper... they arent guarding it and he's hitting it this season so there is a improvement

He will be really good and im willing to hang in there with him but something MUST be done to keep him out of foul trouble..

Notice he puts up double doubles when he is not in foul trouble and can actually stay on the floor?

I picked Jose.

The man just knows how to run a team.

This game shows that we MUST get rid of Weems. While we're at it, I think we should package Reggie Evans and maybe Kleiza or Amir together and get something interesting in exchange.

I don't think Colangelo would ship out Kleiza so soon, it feels like he has some kind of attachment to him.

You guys are making the playoffs this season.
with a bench like

Dorsey smash
Bayless flash
and Barbosa cash

I don't see why you wouldn't get extra Raptor games this season.
