DDR is always trying to dribble out of tough situations. Someone needs to slap him and say pick up the ball and look for the pass.

You know what's good? When Calderon goes down... we're not playing Roko Ukic and Will Solomon.

Thank you Bryan Colangelo .

winwinwin!

Man - I just looked at the boxscore. Bargnani played more minutes than anyone. Amir with 13 minutes. That is just fucked up.

Triano desperately needs to learn to coach before they get back to some tougher opponents.

I haven't really noticed him trying to dribble when it's inappropriate to dribble, maybe I'm not paying enough attention.

Whatever, he'll learn. Can't expect the world of him just yet.

The only thing that I can think of right now is that Triano wanted to have as many shooters on the floor as possible at all times. Give Bosh more space to operate since they weren't shy about collapsing on him.

Things like that happened the whole game.

My question is why does this coach always bring up lack of practise when we can't even take a game that is given to us seriously. The way we played this game tonight is the way people pick up bad habits. How can we ever expect to be a serious team when we don't give it our all?

i rather have a win like this than just relying on our offense to outscore the other team

Him going into next year not playing any crunchtime minutes isnt a good thing. We dont have a SG better than him, so he better start playing crunchtime minutes soon.
it's 20 games in, there's still time. I understand your point and probably there will come a time in the next 20-30 games where we he will get more minutes.
But right now, derozan is not am idealplayer to have at the end of the game. He will not (should not) get the ball in the last 2 minutes, everthing will go through the PGs/Hedu and Bosh. Bargnani and the other player (if not jack) are there to space the floor.

Not saying that we couldn't play him, but I don't see it as an urgency. We did the same thing with Bargnani in his rookie year, and it worked well, why screw with the approach. And he's getting a little more PT in the last few games, and there's really no reason to put pressure on him now.

Maybe the only time this season that I'll ever agree with milk over thriller.

He's right though (IMO).

DD has lots of time to grow into his role. No need to rush him along.

I'm seeing a lot of negativity and skepticism on this site, especially towards Triano and the team in general. Heck, we bounced back from an awful 5 game losing streak and picked up 3 W's in a row. Lighten up people. This team could have easily folded after losing all those games but instead they have taken the bull by the horns and put together a winning streak. How do some of you people call yourself fans? Let's enjoy these wins and hope they continue. Who cares about the what ifs! As long as they win games it doesn't matter!

My vote goes to Andrea because he was the key guy who stepped it up at the end of the game to bring home the win. In the last two minutes he stopped Minny's only hope Jonny Flynn twice in a row on dribble penetration forcing him to the baseline. He scored the huge three to put us ahead, came up with two key rebounds and tipped one of them in for another basket. That was great presence by him in the clutch. He even had to snare an awful Turk pass that should have went into the stands, to keep the ball in our possesion. All that in the last 3-4 minutes of the game.

ugly victory, but i'll take it.
