Calderon/Jack= 39pts/13asts (3TO's in 60 combined minutes)

TORaptor4Ever 11-24-2009 09:34 PM

50 bench points. Wow. When was the last time that we saw that. Great to see.

Fantastic PG play tonight. Jack & Jose were brilliant. And Belli came in off the bench and provided another spark. Kudos to Rasho too. A true pro.

CB4 didn't have his shot going tonight at all..... but another measure of how good he is this season... he still finishes with 16 pts, 12 rebs, 4 asts, 4 blks and 10 FTAs. Not bad for his worst game of the season lol.

raptor123 11-24-2009 09:34 PM

Big game by Jose he set the tone right off the bat. Shit he must really hate TJ lol he was so aggressive and fearless as he attcked him to get our team going. Jose was the player of the game and with Rasho and Jack doing a great job off the bench. :yeah:

babyface 11-24-2009 09:35 PM

awesome first half. Second half was a bit nasty

Boshinator_ 11-24-2009 09:39 PM

we're starting to resemble the team 3 years ago when we had explosive first quarters and sloppy second halves

raptor123 11-24-2009 09:40 PM

This team reminds me of the Edmonton Oilers with Gretzky, Messia, Anderson, Kurri etc. all offence and no defence. Could it be enough to get us in the playoffs then surprise everyone and take it all.:dancing:

Yeah, nobody likes sloppy seconds. :mischief:

don't compare this team to that team. that team was a dynasty. this team... MAY make the playoffs if they put in the effort. embarrassing.

p.s. newsflash - paul coffey is in the hhof. kevin lowe is on his way. many selke trophy winners on that team. they were not a "no defence team" like the raptors. the raptors defence is a sieve that resembles swiss cheese.

Bosh had a Garnett-like game tonight. He needs to work on that shot though, and the freethrows. I'm liking the progress with this team. They might bring a complete game soon enough.

RaptorizedChristian 11-24-2009 10:03 PM

I don't know why the Raptors have to let big leads slip every game. The lead went from 21 down to 5 I believe. Can they not just maintain a large lead?

Acie 11-24-2009 10:03 PM

Missed the game.

Jack was 7/7

Nice.

fancylad 11-24-2009 10:05 PM

Good game.

Granger is fucking awesome, but after him Indy is a mishmash of bit parts.

I also think this game was a good reminder that Colangelo stuck with the right point guard. TJ has great athletic tools, but the fact that he still plays like he did in his first year for us makes me think 'what you see is what you get'.

Bargnani was looking HORRIBLE all game long, but at least he woke up in the 4th and had a big quarter when it mattered most... he even got us a couple of huge offensive boards.

Otherwise, Jose was the man, Jack was wicked, and Hedo is just flat out money. Marco with a great game too.

that kind of balanced scoring is a thing of beauty.

We can be an offensive juggernaut.

Yeah, and they scored 112pts against us. :dead:

Acie 11-24-2009 10:09 PM

Looks like Rasho has a good game too.

Why did DeRozan only play 10 minutes?

Had they hit foul shots at all in that stretch they would have maintained double digits throughout.

That - and they just tire themselves with all the enrgy they put out early. The good news is that they aren't completely wasted like they have been in earlier games.
