nice summary Rudy.

One thing i am reminded of that i don't think anyone mentioned was Chris Bosh's rejection of Danny Granger (i think) in the 4th when Indy was on their big run. Bosh had a pretty bad game, but that block was a game changer IMO.

The block was nice, but he almost negated the effects of that block by forcing up silly shots (while struggling) and failing to defer to his teammates in the fourth. Namely Jack, Bargsy and Jose. Dude has to realize sooner or later that the "franchise" player doesn't necessarily have to score in the fourth, he's gotta make his teammates better. This team isn't going anywhere till Bosh gets that through his head.

How come the poll gives options for only toronto Raptors players and not also the opposing team?

The Pacers gambled and left Bosh open time & time again for the open jumper. And this time it paid off. Usually that's a recipe for disaster though considering how he shoots it from the outside.

Whether he was open or not I still think that as the franchise player he has to acknowledge that his offense isn't working and defer to guys who have been sticking their shots. He halted the flow of the offense completely at times trying to create his own shot. Maybe I'm being picky, I don't know. I feel he could do a better job of distributing the ball, not just when he's struggling, but in general.

I can see that.... I think that it's just difficult for a player of Bosh's quality to pass up wide open jumpers if the defense gives it to him.

If you're Ben Wallace you're looking to pass the ball... even if you're wide open.

If your CB4 you're thinking that you can stick that J in their eye every single time.

I'd like to see them utilize Bosh in the high post as a passer with cutters moving off of him rather than having him iso all the time. I'd actually like to see that with Bargs too.

Bargs would be more effective catching the ball and operating from the foul line extended versus the three point line and in. He's more effective when he gets going from inside the arc and moves out as opposed to the other way around. He'd definitely be able to hit more cutters from there as well.

Neither is a passing big man. The drones you are looking for reside in Lakers

Actually both can pass the ball pretty well. They simply aren't FORCED to every possession like the Laker bigs are.

Eh, I'm not so sure about Bosh being a passer. Bargs has shown flashes. If they're shown how and when to react, I'm sure they'd both be effective though.
