Also, you can block shots and steal balls anytime you want, don't need good supporting cast to help you.

Anyway, feel free to consider Bosh as a better player than Duncan and KG. My only hope is that Bosh doesn't become another overhyped offensive superstar, like arenas or iverson who have a very bad history when it comes to winning.
Listen.... KG and TD are GREAT, GREAT players. Two of the best that have ever played. Bosh isn't quite there yet.... but he's getting VERY close. He's playing like an MVP this season so far... whatever people want to say.

All you had to do was look at the ATL game to see that Bosh CAN play D. If you remember back to when he played for Team USA they actually commented that he was one of their BETTER defenders. Why? Because he didn't have to worry about carrying the whole damn team on his back.

but he is an average defender, that was the major knock on him at the Olympics. He improved, definately, but he's still no defensive stopper.

As for being intimidated. Well. If you don't see it, you need to look more closely.

You know what though? When it comes down to it, if Bosh ONLY has "subpar" games against DET and BOS I'll take that from him gladly.

He could be better on D but it's not like he's Glenn Robinson or something lol.

And this is the kid's SIXTH season in the NBA... he's still getting better.

hey - nobody says that Bosh is not a GREAT player. He's one of the best, maybe the best offensive big man in basketball (PF+C). His jumper is phenomenal this year, he's great from the FT line and he's faster than KG or Amare. His defense is not bad by any stretch, not great but passable. But to say he's even close to MVP is taking way to far.

It's actually quite easy to see why he's not there. Try asking anybody, raptor fans included, if they would trade Bosh for Lebron, Howard or Wade, and see how many people would choose CB4. And I'm not even talking about older stars like Kobe or TD, since I don't want to bring the age into the answers.

I would be ecstatic if Bosh makes the 1st team all NBA this season, but I think he won't. He has a great chance to make it to the 2nd team though, like he did 2 seasons ago.
