Great game, it was entertaining and the Raps put in good effort, that's all you can ask for.

What an example of the dichotomy of this team. Same opponent/two entirely different results. We still saw some bad habits, but at least the effort was there this time around.

Long way to go yet, but at least it wasn't Friday again.
Is your name taken from the Poe story?

I don't think "It's the Knicks" means anything at all. Ya know who the Knicks are? They're a team that has been better than the Raptors all season. What do you expect? This is a good bounce-back win against a team that has been ahead of the Raptors all year.

Look I don't care at all about that little spat that was going on in the game thread, but somebody on RGM seems to be corroborating one side of the story:

RealGM • View topic - So... anyone watch the MSG feed?

The problem is AP isnt going to get 24 a night. He had 0 on friday... once we draft, or trade for a good SG, we'll be more consistent.

Great effort tonight, Bosh really looked slow coming off the injury. We can't have kapono and Calderon on at the same time.. the pick and roll destroys us cuz neither can gaurd anyone.

Also for those that didn't see the game... when AP got called for the charge... Bosh was pissed and got right into the ref's face!! First sign of emotion i've seen from him since the beginning of the season!

Come on raps get the 8 seed

I've said it before and I'll say it again: AP is the basketball equivalent of a werewolf. He transforms into a great player for one game a month and then goes back to being invisible for another four weeks. He's only good for that one big game a month.

Yeah he's a SG. I agree, I think he's the type of player the Raps need - a slashing wingman - but he's getting paid 7 million this year and is having the best statistical season of his career.

Plus, I just checked and it's a team option. They're not likely to let him go.

Bargnani got it going inside first tonight, which was the first time in awhile.
Bosh had tired legs again.
Marion was great.
AP was great.

Bosh is gonna be tired and not in shape for about 1 or 2 more games. He is just coming off an injury but if the teams plays like today he won't have to be too much of a factor right now
