If you look at the boxscore stats, it is pretty obvious that Hornets won because of better percentage of shooting. All other stats are almost equal. This is partly due to difference of quality between PGs (choosing the right pass with the best timing) and also due to the off night for Kapono.

In spite of the fact that guys who were thought of as "hopeless" are finally performing consistently?

I don't get that.
We're just playing well right now torap (and still losing). We've seen this level of play before from these guys.

And Jose is always exposed. Nothing hides that. You can send help, but it just leaves other things open. As demonstrated in the New Orleans game where we apparently played great help defense despite leaving great shooters wide open for shots.

Lets be thankful we had Jose last game! If he doesn't have a perfect 8-8 shooting game we get blown out!

Okay guys. I'm watching the game with a friend yesterday and she is driving me crazy about the moves Chris Paul is making. To me he carries the ball...a lot! How can you stop a guy who spins off a moving pick, tucks the ball under his arm and falls backwards for a shot. The other classic is his "stutter step". It's not a mystery how the ball stays suspended in one spot for a split second! Just venting.

convinced that Raptors fans are only happy when they're unhappy.

First off, welcome to RF G.

The whole CP3 carrying the ball thing I recall was an issue at some point last season too. I personally think he's just so quick that its hard for the refs to keep track of it.

I don't care if the refs don't call him for carrying, as long as they don't call it on Roko as well.

anywhoo - I never said the game was lost because of Jose. I said that he did not measure up to CP, particularly in terms of leadership, and he bailed out when he had the chance to drive the ball against an out of position CP and nobody else in sight. And that just did not help give this team any chance of winning this game. What happened after he bailed and pulled the ball back out to the perimeter? Moon shot a three - and of course missed, and of course he is one of the guys getting all the blame.

And I still can't believe the guy hit the brakes so hard for a pull up J, rather than drive to the basket, that he hurt himself. Yes - otherwise he played nice, but how do you overlook such ugliness? And do we get to hear that he's not 100 percent for another two weeks now? Just play the game and tame those fears already!

I still can't believe that's the best he could create on a 3 on 1 break.

LOL that was jokes but that was mainly AP's fault for passing it to Jose rather than Joey

That nearly sent me through the roof! Anyway. I'd love to see the raps get the ball inside every trip down the floor, even if they end up passing it back out. Man, 3 x seven footers and we shoot all night.

Waz up with that.
