LOL i was watching from the LA channel w/ their broadcasters. and when kapono came into the game.. they were like... watch out for this guy... whoever's gaurding him better stick to him like glue!!!

that's when i started laughing out loud!

also not a bad game for roko he can really get to the basket. I wish he could convert all his layups tho.

Can I just say that this 'Stephen A. Smith coming up' thing on the Score is the longest tease ever.

Edit: As soon as I point out that it's been 40 minutes, the segment comes on. My plan worked!

Woah - he says that the heat 'are not in pursuit of Jermaine O'Neal' and that they want Bosh...

wouldn't rather have a guy who shoots a lower percentage than kapono but has t he balls to shoot the ball when he has a good shot,

Kapono< Cool Hand Luke Jackson

funny how the public didn't boo tonight ... I guess when they actually try hard, the fans can stomac a loss. And the reason we shot 50% isn't because we shot great from mid and long range, but because JO and Joey had a ton of points in the paint, or close to it.

One of the most exciting Raptors plays of the season:

Toronto actually played well, most of the players showed up and it was a lot closer than I thought it would be. Calderon was out again.
Another 4th quarter implosion. What's up with Bosh?

What's the deal with Tracy McG....I mean Jose Calderon. He's always sitting after he has a bad game.

I dunno, for my eyes Bosh played quite good. We actually ganged for rebounds for a change.
Altho once and for all, to start with 3 big men and two forwards and lose in rebounds and give up so many offensive rebounds - stop this experiment!

I guess the hammy is still bothering him, hence why he had the bad game prior to sitting out last night's affair.

Considering the season is a wash now, let him sit out the rest of the year to ensure the hamstring is 100% next season. JMO

I'm pretty sure Caldy has something in his contract that if he plays an X amount of games he gets X amount of money, so if its not serious I doubt he'll sit out for the year.

It's never bothering him when the ball is going in the basket. It just gets a bit worrisome for me when he keeps taking games off after he plays poorly, but when he's playing well, he's jumping around throwing his arms up and going near-perfect from the field.

I think he's shown he can play through whatever is bothering him, and it's looking to me like it's an excuse rather than a injury.

Of all the great stuff in that game against the Lakers, this might have been the greatest:

The dude’s announcing the upcoming games and makes mention that Friday’s game in New Orleans is being broadcast on TSN2.

And the fans booed!

Excellent.

Now, it got a guy thinking: Obviously Rogers doesn’t care a bit about screwing over Raptor fans, and TSN doesn’t seem to give a rat’s bum, either, and the foot-draggers at Maple Leaf Sports seem absolutely content not to put any pressure whatsoever on their “business partners.”

You’ve cancelled service and nothing’s been done, you’ve protested to yawns from the corporations and you’ve sent e-mails that have been ignored or tossed away.

Where to look next? How about the sponsors? How about letting them know that, say, you won’t shop at whatever store the omnipresent Galen Weston owns? Or you won’t get your car serviced by whatever bailed out auto giant buys an ad?

Might not work but it’s another step

I don't think so PB. I mean, after he rested a couple weeks he came back and was effective. Then with all the wear and tear over the games he did play it was noticable that he was having issues with it again. It was obvious too because his game starting taking a step back. Not trying to make excuses, but his hamstring is one of the main reasons he's struggled this year.
