SG- someone who can break you off the dribble. Clever defender.

C- Long athletic bigman.

need those definately, get them in a Bosh deal though.

Biggest thing that needs to happen is Bosh to be moved along with Hedo or Jose to get some athletes on this team.

Team needs a wing player that strikes fear in opponents. Not a couple of jumpshooting bigmen.

The only way Bosh stays is if MLSE spends over the tax and we can get Joe Johnson or someone like him.

Bye Bosh.

Even if he goes I think this is the direction we should lean towards for the future.

K first off we need to trade Hedo & Jose as soon as possible!!

This summer....

I say we trade Jose & our 2nd round pick for R.Sessions & Ryan Gomes!

Then we trade Hedo & our 2011 1st round pick for Tayshaun Prince!

We resign Amir & let Rasho, POB & Wright walk!

Hopfully we resign Bosh after these moves!

Jack/Sessions/Banks
DD/Weems/Beli
Prince/Gomes/Weems
Bosh/Amir/Evans
AB/Amir/Evans

& if Bosh wants a sign & trade?

We trade him to the Warriors for Biedrins, A. Randolph & Maggette & there 1st round pick this year!

Jack/Sessions/Banks
DD/Maggette/Beli/1st pick
Prince/Gomes/Weems
Biedrins/Randolph/Evans
AB/Amir/Biedrins

Lets hope we get the first pick & land Wall!!!

listen guys, i know it's painful to see and admit it, but whether Bosh stays or leaves this team isn't doing anything other than winning a couple of 1st round games.

nobody is taking hedo in a talent for talent trade, so we gotta look towards expiring contracts and ship out jose the same way. keep derozan, amir, weems, bargs, jack and go toward the draft.

i think that's the only way cause i don't see colangelo being successful on the 3rd try in 3 years of a major team overhaul by signing and trading for players, its just not gonna happen especially with the shitty contracts that our "assets" have.

It's either we go for the draft or keep Chris Bosh. Whats the better option?

hay look i like Bosh but he isn't a franchise, I don't think he deserves the money he wants, he deserves gasol money but not 23 million a year especially with the new CBA coming

if he want 17 million a year ,then we can add another 6 million dollar player that can help

otherwise we'll always be a player short of accomplishing greatness

Its easy to name the criteria of what is needed, but putting a name to said player(s) is the hard part. Who did you have in mind? (Assuming we'd get both players from the same team via trade). Keep in mind we have next to nothing to offer.

Who the fuck is going to trade for Jose and Hedo?

There's only one GM that might and you can't trade them to yourself.

If only Isiah was still a GM...

EDIT: Actually, I think the Lakers might take Jose and the Magic might be stupid enough to take back Hedo.

for Hedo you need to take back a contract just as long and a marginal player
someone like Maggette,

Yeah. Everyone is saying trade Jose and Hedo, but its really hard to get any value out of them right now. Both have had a bad season in an underachieving team and their trade value is very low.

I think the first opportunity to get rid of Hedo comes next winter if he has shown atleast some ability to contribute (he might get more ball if Bosh leaves) and a possible conternder wants a veteran SF. During off-season we wont get anything from him, if he doesnt somehow change to huge performer in playoffs.

There is a small chance that we could get something for Jose as his contract is smaller and shorter, but still I dont see us really getting much. And if we trade him away we need to get a new PG as Jack-Banks combo is only good for chasing lottery balls (well if we are willing to suck for two seasons to get talent through draft, then maybe thats the way to go).

Anyway the only way I see us getting rid of that duo without getting as bad or worse contracts back is if Bosh walks, we decide to go for total rebuilding and trade them for second round picks.

The only possible way to off-load Turkoglu or Calderon would be in a package with Bosh. Even if you can pull that off you are going to have to take some bad contracts back, it will diminish the value coming back.

If we are to involve Bosh in a S&T, he will have the last say on where he goes. He will NOT go to Golden State. So scrap your idea. True he may not get max money, but I think Bosh is willing to take a little less to go to a contender of his choice, then to be forced to go somewhere he doesn't want.
