I gave Humps a "B". Did what we expected him to do. Provided us with some insurance and energy for our big men. Probably pound for pound our best rebounder when given the playing time. I have to say that I'm happy with him remaining on the team for the next couple seasons because he's a decent guy to come off the bench when needed.

Hump sucks, he was a flow killer.

Thinks he is Jordan, played HORSE more than basketball.

Again, for me it comes down to expectations. I didn't have high expectations for Humphries, but I did for Bargnani. Humps didn't disappoint. Bargs did greatly. Kris did what I expected him to do and a little more.

I give him a C-.

positives:
-played tough.
-never scared of contact
-good rebounder
-good "hustle guy"

negatives:
-really only one - but it's a big one becuase it completely overshadowed all of the good things this guy did on the court.
-he should stop thinking he's the FIRST option to score!

he was pretty good for many games, but he wasnt relevant enough to get a good grade. And besides his jumpers made me sick. C

i felt more comfortable with hump in the game. get on him about his shots all you want, Bargs wasn't that much different being that his scoring was so ineffective.

C for humps

C-

He had like 5 straight good games then some of you donkeys crowned him, then he went back to being old Humps like every logical poster knew he would.

Hes a 9th or 10th man at best.

He was decent 1/6 of the year that he played.

What attracts you to the Humps? His blackholeosity or his robot jumper?

I gave him an A

I give the coach a D on his use.

He played well when he had minutes, his comfort level and his shot selection could have been improved upon with proper guidance.

Toronto failed in the paint due to a lack of proper use of the guys they had available. Period. Had Humps minutes been utilized better all year, he might have come in handy dealing with Howard in Orlando, and we might have seen the big fella on the bench a bit more with foul problems.

Again, as I have said in the past, Humphries is not a starter, thats obvious, but he IS a very game, and very servicable warrior if utilized properly. Just tossing him out ther ein any old situation was wrong, it led to silly shots. With specific instructions, in specific situations, this kid could have been made into a real tool for creating holes in opposing teams interior. Instead, he rotted on the bench.

He was told when to shoot and when not to shoot by his coach and what was expected of him. Not only did he continue to shoot whenever he got the ball he openly mocked him in the press.
