I gave him a "C". and i think i'm being easy on him.

the positives:
-at times showed good one on one defense
-slight improvement in rebounding / playing inside.
-some will disagree, but i like his drives to the hoop
-when he get's hot (which is rare), he can shoot the lights out.

the negatives:
-such an incosistant shot. at times he was a terrible shooter (even though that's supposed to be his strength)
-allergic to rebounds in the middle of the year (seems to have gotten over that a bit)
-don't see the "passion" enough
-bad on help defense
-more arc on his shot!

Incomplete.

He had too many problems this year with his health.

D. He showed greatness but never for more than 2 quarters in a row.

I gave him a "D" eventhough I wanted to give him an "F". He seriously regressed this season. People can blame Sam all they want, but he was given every opportunity to prove himself and to take advantage of that opportunity.

Needs to work on his post game as well his ability to drive to the basket. He became to complacent and dependent on the three point shot this season that it became too predictable for opposing teams defenses. He showed some improvements on defense, but really needs to work on the consistency factor if he wants to begin makes strides forward and not regressing like he did this season.

I gave him a "D" and I thought I was being generous. He dealt with a lot of shit, and was asked to play a position he has no clue about and never probably played up until coming to the NBA. Then again, he was soft, played worse D than last year and at times, seemingly couldn't throw the ball into the ocean even if he was standing on the beach. One thing I do like about him is that he keeps jacking shats. It's like he has no conscience. He has to do a better job of recognize matchups and drive to the hoop more. In the end, I think this is the guy that will be our face of the franchise. I think Bosh will indeed be gone/dealt. I've seen the writing on the wall.

Better give Rasho an F based on that criteria too then.

You thought he played better D this season? His rebounding numbers were down, his blocked shot numbers were down, I'm sure. I remember watching games last season where he would alter a lot of shots. DIdn't see a lot of that this year.

SO then you have a different criteria. Bargs takes the occassional good shot.

Most of your expectations are way too high for the guy.

Thanks Acie.

and yes his defense was light years better this year.

Look Sam had a ridonkoulus quick hook on him this year, he was hurt, trying to learn new stuff. I think everyone expected to much.

Light years? I don't know. I didn't see the same dude as last year - I'll chalk it up to injuries and because he was forced to play a position he hadn't really played before.

He did play better D in the post-season this year than in the regular season, I will say that.

Ugh ... tread lightly Benzo .... you're getting a little ahead of yourself. Some improvments on defense? Yes, but nothing to be proud of. Still a huge pylon and still light years behind Rasho.

Please.

Bargs can guard 3 positions Rasho can guard 1.

How many years has Rasho been in the league????

Your standards are all too high.
