There's very little I wouldn't give. I wouldn't want to give unprotected picks i guess.

Other than that, it's important to have those foundational players.

If you have the foundation and a ton of cap space, the rest isn't that hard. Plenty of good starters looking to get paid every year.

^they're both expiring so I don't see why they'd want to get rid of em so bad but if necessary i'd do it.

Good point, but they do reflect the team's fans' views on their players and their trade value.

However unlikely, I would love to get Monroe with Val. But having CV return would be nauseating

Lowry and Gay for Knight, Drummond and a first. Then sign Tony Allen at SG in FA and then sign and trade DD for Milsap plus pick and turn it into defense first.

Knight/MLE
Allen/Ross
Fields/Novac/Vet minimum
Milsap/Amir
JV/Drummond/Gray

6 picks in next 3 years.

If we got Greg Monroe..wow, just wow.

They wouldn't even need to include anyone else. Just straight up, draft pick for good measure I guess.

Lol. I'd rather have Monroe over Rudy naysay of the week, one of the best passing big man and low post scorers

Monroe is no good
Empty stats on a bad team, he's worse than al Jefferson. Personally, I'm tired of no defense big men after 10 years of araujo, bosh, CV and bargnani.

Novak, Ross, Fields ( if he fixes his shot) Lowry.

Down low beasts mean open looks for perimeter shooters. If we saved that money we could also target Granger.

One of those players is not like the others. Not even close. Bosh plays defense. But nonetheless I would not be so eager to get Monroe either. There is a reason that Dumars is willing to part with him particularly. There is no reason to trade Rudy at the first sniff of interest, unless Detroit truly has a piece or pieces targeted by Ujuri.

Lulz. Bosh starts for arguably the best defensive teams in the league and made several game-saving plays on that end in the playoffs. Let's slow down with the Haffa/CV/Bargs comparisons shall we?

As for Drummond... if he's in play I'd take back whatever shitty contract DET wanted to get rid of (CV? Gordon?) and give them DD or Gay or whoever to make it happen.

JV + Drummond = front court domination for at least a decade.

You're saying Ross Lowry and Fields didn't get open looks? Down low beasts means better chances at rebounds when the shots miss. Teams have figured out how to clog the lane without committing outright to doubling bigs, and then rotating out to shooters. Ball movement is far more important now.

And Granger? Granger? You want to throw Demar under the bus at every opportunity, but yet somehow covet Granger?
