I think so, but I don't see Anderson or Fields going anywhere.

Pietrus is likely going to be signed as long as he passes his physical. He was reported to be in toronto yesterday. Acy or McGuire likely to be waived.

I hope we can trade one of our players for a second rounder or send a player (kleiza) for a trade exception if we decide to sign Pietrus. Someone will most likely be waived though.

Is Pietrus enough to turn the ship around?

Actually the choice would be to cut either McGuire or Anderson according to R. Wolstat:

"Either Dominic McGuire or Alan Anderson would go to make room. Both good guys. Casey likes both, but Anderson's prob better all-around".

As a french I would love to see Pietrus sign for the Raptors; note sure about his health though.

Probably not, but it's a start. I still think that this team need a trade to move forward.

If they're keeping acy, most likely it's McGuire

Whether we get Pietrus or another SF we're going after someone for that position. My guess is McGuire is a goner! Anderson just brings more to the table and is just a better shooter off the bench. McGuire sucks!

How much longer before Anderson is ready? He's been out about 3 weeks, no? Tow to three more weeks?

When he was injured they said between 3 and 6 weeks.

yes, he goes by the nickname "the saviour", he will single-handedly turn things around and win us at least 3 titles ...

anytime you sign a player who is unemployed one month into the season, chances are he sucks pretty badly. But hey, know knows, look what stackhouse is doing for the Nets, he may catch fire, win us a few games with hot shooting and that could be the spark that lights the fire under our asses.

because one thing's for sure, this team is a LOT better than this, based on talent at least.
