Yeah that open gym series is amazing, I don't know if any other team in the league has something like this.

I haven't been as excited for a season as I am next season, well, ever. I think that we have a serious shot at making it to the Conference Finals next season.

Yeah, need everything to break right, but for the first time probably in the team's history, it is a distinct possibility.

Agreed. I'm also wondering what moves MU will make during the season to improve us, possibly using some of our 5 expiring contracts + 2 or 3 TPE's. If so it may give us an even better shot at the ECF.

I didn't have time to watch open gym last season, was too busy studying. Barely had time to watch anything, just about managed all the lfc games and raps games.

anyway, forgot about open gym, just watched the last one of season 2, the playoffs story, absolutely bloody awesome! will def watch open gym this season!

what would you look to trade for tho!? PG position set, wing positions set, PF position set, 2 backup Cs (if you count stiemsma.)

not saying our team is perfect, but we have depth at every position- can't see lou will, vasquez or PatPat being traded. unless you mean a big trade with someone like Ross being traded, which would be too risky imo.

not saying your idea is bad, MU definitely has the ability to use some assets and make a trade, just wondering what you foresee could be done...

Ask that question in 3-4 months. Let's face it, you think everything will play out perfectly this season. Who knows maybe we don't need to do much but injuries happen or someone struggles we have assets to use to plug a hole here or there. It's a long season and MU doesn't seem the type to let his assets just walk without getting something for them, even if it's minor.

Maybe trade for a big time PF.

Amir has missed what - 2 games in his whole career? For a guy that gets so perturbed about any mention of Lowry's health, there certainly seems to be an obsession, yep an obsession, with Amir's supposed poor health.

As for trades, i think they might be more likely if everything does go right. That would mean a lot of players with increased value. If there are players that don't work out, then i don't see why Masai would be concerned about them walking. He is more interested in maintaining flexibility at this point than worrying about losing a guy that he only signed for one year anyways.

There are a lot of young players that still need to work out how they come together as they continue to develop and progress. How that happens could determine a need for a trade. If the right chemistry continues to develop then making a trade would be pretty foolish. It's going to still be all about assessing. The long term is where all the juice is.

Thanks for posting that Jeff, good stuff! But what's with the black gaps for like 2min in the video?

Giants of Africa is amazing, great opportunity for the kids, and it teaches them a very important lessons, Masai is a great example and a role model.
And I believe it will benefit Raptors a lot in the future. All of these nba players (and future nba players) get to experience and appreciate, what this organization is all about. It will be huge bonus for the Raps when trying to attract free agents.

I think those black gaps are where the commercial breaks were. It's odd but I think that instead of editing the commercials out they just blacked them out. That's my guess

In theory at noon today, though last week it wasn't until about 6 PM.
