Similiar to James Johnson, Avery Bradley did have 2 workouts with Toronto. However, I think Boston wants to keep Bradley:

"One source said that Celtics GM Danny Ainge was actually trying to recruit a fifth team to take Nate Robinson and a Boston first-round pick to complete the deal for Brewer. However, by the end of the afternoon, the Knicks decided to pull the trigger on the deal with Brewer going to New York."

Chad Ford-ESPN

If Boston is using Nate Robison as trade bait, the back-up point guard duties fall to Avery Bradley.

I'm not for Mayo as much as he can score, he is not tall enough to defend SG on a regular basis IMO

6'4 isn't tall enough when the average at SG, I believe is 6'5?

Lets make Ajinca guard SGs then, he should be tall enough

Defense is not about height, its about ability and will

I duno....we still got a hole in our interior defense. That team could probably provide enough scoring that we tell Bargs to boot it.

How the hell Marcin Gortat is not a Raptor yet? He would fit perfectly, D minded C, and Euro!

Johnson is pretty much a scrub.

So is Bayless.

So is Mayo.

They all are.

Toronto has very little hopes of improving this roster anytime soon.

No reason to be. I'm reading fans on here discussing, seriously, trades and acquisitions involving shit players.

It isn't anyone's fault, the reality is, we will only ever get to do this. Toronto will never be a winning team.

never say never, but it's becoming more and more evident that the odds of this team picking up a star through trade or free agency (at this point in the product life cycle, because it does apply to pro sports franchises) are very, very, very slim. this team needs to suck for a couple years and hit some home runs in the draft.

Last yeer BC didnt even make a deal after all-star game. Be happy he made at least 1.
And + can u ppl stop puttin Irving in the pg spot of our "future " roster. That thing only makes sense if we get top pick, which i really doubt. I would like it to happen, but it doesnt seem as likely as everyone is making it out to be.
