Arrow Oh, Canada: Has Bosh played his final game?

From Marc Spears.

Its actually more of an article about Barganani.

Quote:
Chris Bosh will miss at least a week after having surgery to repair his broken nose, and around the NBA everyone is asking the same question: With only four games remaining and his team tenuously clinging to the Eastern Conference’s eighth and final playoff seed, has Bosh already played his final game for the Toronto Raptors?

Bosh will be a free agent this summer and given the Raptors’ struggles this season, there’s growing sentiment within in the league that the All-Star forward is among the players most likely to switch teams. Toronto has one huge card it can play: Bosh can receive an extra year on his contract (worth some $28 million) if he re-signs with the Raptors. Even still, that could only spur him to be that much more aggressive about seeking a sign-and-trade deal elsewhere.

Publicly, Bosh has been noncommittal when discussing his future, saying only that he will assess his options at the end of the season. “I don’t know how it’s going to go,” he said a month ago.

But has the future suddenly arrived for the Raptors? An inadvertent elbow from Cleveland Cavaliers forward Antawn Jamison to the right side of Bosh’s face on Tuesday night has cast into doubt whether he will play again this season. And Bosh’s teammates acknowledged they’ll have to make their playoff push without him.

“As silly as this may sound, with Chris going down,” Raptors point guard Jarrett Jack told reporters in Cleveland, “it creates an opportunity for somebody to step up.”

That somebody could be the same somebody the Raptors might have to lean upon should Bosh leave this summer: Andrea Bargnani.

Hedo Turkoglu has been a disappointment since signing a $53 million contract last summer and Jose Calderon’s production and minutes have decreased this season. Bosh’s departure would give the Raptors some salary-cap room to sign another free agent – or bring back a package of players in a sign-and-trade deal – but the team’s best chance to sustain any type of success may have to come from within. At 24, Bargnani is still young enough to reach some of the potential the Raptors saw when they made him the No. 1 overall pick of the 2006 draft.

“Because of where we play, we don’t get the attention of other teams and everything,” Bosh recently said of Bargnani. “Nobody sees him. Nobody knows him.”

Didn't read too long. If Bosh is injured for the rest of the season. Then bye Bosh, it was nice knowing you.

It always amuses me that Snooch is nowhere to be found when Bosh plays well and Bargs plays like crap.... or even better... when Bosh is out and Bargs STILL plays like crap.

I'm not so confident in Bargnani playing well with Bosh gone.
The dude just isn't aggressive or motivated.
If Bosh leaves, we are OFFICIALLY screwed.
And if he stays, we still suck, but are just one all-star away from being a top 5 team in the east.

This team was not wrong; it was wrong on BC part for making Traino as Head coach; Traino and his defensive system? Does he even know what Defense is? If I were to teach defense this is what I would ask and say to my players:

Me:Listen guys your not defending
Players:They are just too hard to stop Sir
Me:Too hard to stop is not an excuse; remember what I taught during practice
(During Practice)
Me:The key on defending is not only waiving your arms but to protect your private property
Players: private property Sir?
Me:Point and Stare down at his penis
Players:
Me:Pretend the penis is the basket and someone throws a ball at it; what do you think will happen?
Players:Hurts really bad Sir, !!!!! (Players Understands)
Me:EXACTLY my pupil; basically the Basket/Penis and Balls throwing is the same as Basketball and what do you do when your opponent go on offense?
Players:PROTECT YOUR PENIS
Me: I think my work is done
