T.ross needs to start it just doesn't make any sense for him to come of the bench.

Plus that defense looks way better then Derozans already I mean he doesn't look like an athlete stuck in third gear all game long. I love watching his tenacity and hustle need at least 20 mins a game

I like what I'm seeing; I didn't think he looked strong enough to really contribute earlier on but he is.

Ross @ 2
Demar @ 3

I'd like Ross to start too, especially after watching him get dismantled by Parsons and Harden. I'm sure he's ready for Harden, Kobe, Wade, Johnson, Mayo, Ellis, George, etc on a full time basis.

Damn....the Raps need help on the wings.

He's better than I thought, defensively. Needs to be more disciplined though (ie. not leave his feet on pump fakes). But that will come with experience. Hope this game gives him more confidence in attacking the rack.

The only thing Davis should be doing is playing back-up. He's skinnier than JC. I think some are confusing his play against second units compared to playing against starters full time.

Yeah, I guess you're right. But man, I can't stand with Bargnani in the starting lineup anymore. He's being detrimental to this team, especially in a defensive perspective. Our starting lineup is fine in terms of scoring without Bargs imo. We just need more defensive presence. Maybe add Amir to the starting pf. And Bargnani can be the leader off the bench in terms of scoring...

yeah cause Bargnani didn't score almost half our points, efficiently, in the first...

and fuck off guys with his defence, he's playing D just find. our D collapses, wait for it, when JC comes on. penetration due to caldy, leads to rotation, and against a 3 point team like houston, away? well, you saw what happened. Bargnani did fine tonight, he had some relapses, but again, he's not perfect, but not being paid 18 million/year either

He was actually quite good defending Harden. Not like anyone can stop the dude one-on-one, not really, but still, quite impressive. A bit less gambling, perhaps...

Ya, we will be marginally better defensively, but who's going to score? Last 2/3 games Bargnani had 21 and 19 points at the half. That means other players are cold and not scoring. Is Ed Davis going to put up 20 points per half?

Ridiculous how people are singling out Bargnani ONLY for the defensive problems. Tonight is a perfect example, how many open outside shots did James harden have? Who guards James harden? How many times did Lin get an easy layup? That one big guy on Houstoun managed to outhustle Amir and Ed for a rebound down low.

Give me a fucking break!

Well I agree, Bargnani did have a good game...tonight. But right now, I would like too see some kind of experiment and/or make some adjustments with the lineup. We have the power forward position stacked, so try playing Amir at the 4 or Davis for now, see how it goes. See how Bargnani plays off the bench, gives us that big offensive punch against the second unit. Bargnani isn't playing like he played last year, and he hasn't proven anything consistently, so give other players a chance.
