Never say never!
Memphis trades: Gasol, Brewer, 12th pick To Memphis: Noah, Deng, Weems, 15th pick Conley Mayo Deng Randolph Noah Grizz get a rebounding bigman that is as good, if not better, than Gasol. Get a replacement for Rudy Gay in Deng. Weems is a good young prospect and will replace Brewer. Chicago trades: Noah, Deng, Hinrich, Gibson, 2nd round pick To Chicago: Bosh, Calderon, Brewer 12th pick Rose Brewer/Henry Lebron Bosh Miller Chicago gets Bosh without having to use their cap space which they can use on Lebron. Get a good backup PG in Calderon. Use the 12th pick on Xavier Henry. Use any remaining cap space to fill holes (new starting center). Toronto trades: Bosh, Calderon, Weems To Toronto: Gasol, Hinrich, Gibson Hinrich/Jack/Banks Miller/Bradley/Belli Hedo/Derozan/Wright Bargs/Gibson/Evans Gasol/Amir Toronto gets a defensive PG in Hinrich. Gasol is the perfect bigman to play alongside Bargs while not messing up BC's Euro plan. Gibson is very Amir-like and can play backup for both the PF and C while sharing minutes with Amir. Sign Miller with the MLE. Draft Bradley. Move Derozan over to the 3. Last edited by Dark Knight; 05-24-2010 at 02:17 PM. |

My realistic trade idea:
To Philadelphia: Carter – 17.3 million Orlando 1st pick Toronto 1st pick (cap relief, two 1st round draft picks) To Toronto: Iguodala - 12.3 million (half-decent wing) To Orlando: Turkoglue – 9.8 million Belinelli – 2.4 million Kapono – 6.5 million (shooters, 9 million in expiring, the man who brought them success in previous years) Next Trade: To Golden State: Evans – 5 million Banks – 4.5 million Derozan – 2.5 million Weems – 1 million (2 young assets, cap relief (15.5 million the following season) ) To Toronto: Monta Ellis – 11 million Ronny Turiaf – 4 million |

Raptors Line-Up: Ellis/Jack/ Calderon Iguodala/X Wright/X Bosh/ Johnson Bargnani/ Turiaf I would spend the rest of the season shopping Calderon and looking for bargains that will strengthen the bench and back-up a starting line-up of: Ellis, Iguodala, Wright, Bosh, Bargnani. Now, I'm not saying this is EXACTLY what I want as a Raptor fan. But, it is the most realistic scenario I can think of right now if Chris Bosh stays. |

First time poster. Please be nice...
How about these deals? To Detroit Calderon + Wright To Toronto Gordon + 7th overall I've been reading that the Pistons are looking for a PG that isn't a shoot first player like Stuckey. I'm sure that Detroit would love to unload Gordon's contract, and it seems like he needs a change of scenery. To Chicago Bosh S+T To Toronto Noah + 17th overall To Sixers 7th overall, Turk + Evans To Toronto 2nd overall + Brand Draft Evan Turner (2nd), Daniel Orton (13th) and Eric Bledsoe (17th) Sign Boozer Noah/Orton/O'Bryant Boozer/Brand Bargs/DeRozan Gordon/Turner/Weems Jack/Bledsoe/Banks Crazy? |

Not a fan of Brand undersized PF injury prone. Unlikely to get Noah Why would we resign POB? Bargs couldn't play SG nor SF nor I really think PF Wouldn't have cap room to sign Boozer even though he is a good player. |

Jacks value in the trade market will never be higher simple because he has the illusion of being a starting point guard. He replaced TJ in Indiana and Jose in Toronto. Some GM will be deluded enough to believe he is a quality PG rather than a back-up. |

Jack would be fantastic in the triangle. He isnt a PG who needs to control the offence and have the ball in his hands a lot of the time, he knocks down open 3s and midrange J's, and he can drive the lane if closed out on. He'd be a great replacement and huge upgrade to Fisher.
And speaking of the deal itself, itd be very solid value if Bynum hadnt had injuries in the past, but since he does and that likely to continue its going to be the Gasol trade all over again the way Bynum is going...minus getting a very capable healthy center back which MEM got. That and I dont see Bynum being happy in TO. |

Here is the answer to everything.
Seems complex but it isnt. Toronto trades to NYK-Jose Out: Curry NY gets a pg, sheds some salary to add their max players. To Philly-Curry, Beli, #6 Out: Brand, #2 Philly adds some youth, Keeps a lotto pick for good measure, sheds ALOT of salary, gets the #6 pick to either nab a winger(aminu) or a center(cousins) as one of the 2 should fall. GS trades: Ellis, #6, Randolph, Buike or Morrow Gets: #2, Banks, Evans, Amir(S&T), #13 GS gets a great pairing for Curry in Turner. Make other trades to sure up the front court a bit more using Buike/Morrow./Expirings. Amir adds rebounding and defense up front. Toronto ends up with: Ellis, Brand, Randolph, Buike or Morrow Toronto adds a 20ppg player at the pg spot, Brands adds very solid depth up front. Randolph has loads of potential in the pf spot. Buike/Morrow is young and has potential for the wing spot. MLE on depth Ellis/Jack Demar/Weems Turk/Buike or Morrow Bosh/Randolph Bargs/Brand |
