Raps get a good young SF, some size up front behind AB at least for the year, don't lose any flexibility, and just for LX, some Jewish talent to make Shavuot that much more exciting.

No, we don't need another SF that can't play D. I'd much rather keep the pick and Weems.

i was testing trade with portland, when you put the sac trade carp. so if you don't mind i reorganise this a little :
trade machine
toronto give barbosa, weems, evans, dorsey, tpe (pryzbila = 7.4M)+ miami pick
portland give miller, batum, pryzbila, fernandez + tpe (casspi - 2.3)
sacramento give dalembert, jeter, casspi + garcia

portland gets barbosa, dorsey and dalembert (expiring 13M) + casspi + 1st miami + tpe (7.4)
sac gets : evans (expiring 5M) and weems + miller and fernandez + tpe (2.3)
toronto gets : garcia + jeter + batum + pryzbila.

portland gets a good sg backup for roy, a good Center to pair with camby and aldrige, and he is a huge expiring (13M). they get casspi a good sf player and a cheap pf/C backup with dorsey.
They still need to have a PG to start because of miller out, but i think they will bet harris in a way or another.

Value of both players is completely different. Pekovic for Calderon or Brewer for him would be smth. what make sense. By the way, Ridnour=Calderon.

yes we give dorsey and weems, and our best actual asset barbosa, and our 2 bigger expiring (peja and evans) and our tpe but we manage to stay under the cap with what come back.
Nene and pekovic will be our best front court center since a while. Bargs can be our PF and amir take the backup role. we add a great SF player (young too) with candler, and we add a young pg.
so not so bad trade for the money we give and the fexibility we lost.
we keep our first pick, and we get flynn and pekovic (=2 good picks)

i yhink it's a win-win situation for all the team. even if i think denver gets too many asset. but they give thair two best player (anthony + néné) and andersen, but they can rebuild without this 4 big contract. they just stay with billups contract.

Minnessota looks like they lost most, but in fact they upgrtade sg position, and exchange Love for 2nd round picks from NYK and for randolph and some tpe.
they give us flynn and pekovic for barbosa and a future NYK pick, not so bad. maybe they would want our first 2011, and i m not against given to them.

NYK give many asset (expiring, first round and second round pick) galinari, chandler and fields or mozgov are very young talented asset in a team. but they get another big center (andersen) and carmelo, so they have some nice piece to go after a title.

NYk don't give much and receive 1 first pick + weems.
Miinesota gets randolph and some money + late first.
Toronto gets flynn.

trade 2 :
houston give battier + patterson
toronto give tpe (7.3M)+ kleiza + alabi + 1st 2012 pick

houston gets some money and a decent sf backup, a prospect Center and a 1st 2012 pick. they have more money and a pick to go after anthony or else.

toronto gets a legit sf starter and a solid PF/C to backup bargs.

trade 3 :
toronto give ed davis + evans + 1.1M tpe.
portland give Batum + pryzbila

portland gets a huge PF prospect and an expiring + money.
toront get a solid sf prospect with batum and a solid center backup.

so we will have a solid balance team :

jose/bayless/flynn
DD/barbosa/bayless
Battier/batum/wright
Bargs/amir/dorsey/peja
Patterson/pryzbila/bargs

we don't have anymore TPE, we still have peja contract and we add a 7M expîring with battier.
so we have 3legit pg with two young and a vet who can teach them.
we have still DD and barbosa at the sg spot.
and have battier and batum at the SF spot will easly upgrade from kleiza and weems.
at the pf/center position we let go davis, but we add a pf/c prospect and a big center with pryzbila

minnesota will have a big fellow to with love at frontcourt, and some money. that give them what they miss to go forward next year.

=> with houston, toronto will receive what we need, two young big guys and a legit SF. that will be great.

=> with NYK toronto will receive only expirings, but i would make a condition : chandler sign an extension with us for 3 more years.
we would have a legityoung SF and a big Center with thuriaf.

=> with MIn, toronto will receive a prospect big, a prospect PG and a solid SF. if we have a lockout that will begreat to have all this young in our roster to go forward.

in each cas, that will not change anything in the offense, but that will increase our defense. and that is what matter.

just a thought but i just looked up some stats and avery bradley is playing less than 5 minutes in boston. could it be a possibility to trade jose for a center/small forward and than maybe flip weems for bradley if boston would be interested. What do you guys think?

memphis gets some money, and 2 second round to come.
Toronto gets a real guard defender.

trade 2 :
toronto gives Bargs + jose + tpe (4M)

nyk grab the center they miss and who can score, and the pg they need too. they will be more offensive team with a playmaker and a scorer center. i think amare will put his foot in the ass of Bargs if he doesn't play like he should.

toronto gets a solid SF (who must accept to ign an extension) and a big center too (who can teach something too alabi and ajinca) and 11M expiring

trade 3 :
maybe i will do this for complete a young team :
Houston give brooks + battier for evans + kleiza + (2011+2012) first round pick + tpe (2M)

houston gets 2 more 1st pick to go after melo.
toronto gets a huge pg prospect and a vet SF defender.

so we will have :

the backourt seems to be more capable than the frontcourt, but davis/amir/thuriaf will make this a better defensive frontcourt, and they will develop a chemistry for next seasons.
battier and chandler will improve thewings spot, like allen/DD.

more defensive capable players, but we don't lose our offensive capacity.
and even with triano as our coach, we can go forward.
and we stil keep nyk and miami 2011 first to bring more young talents.

1. phoenix who need to lose money, gets 5m in tpe for pietrus + the 2.8M of wright expirings and an young center prospect to replace lopez. and kleiza will be in shape for next season. so this is a win-win

2.phily gets a big who can score, and an expiring, save money 5M at the end of the year. they would give their first pick because it's not an high pick (playoffs for them this year)
i think this is a win-win trade.


3. GSW gets a solid pg with jose for biedrins so they save one year contract (11M) and gets money (2.9M) and 2 first (mid and late first) + weems for s. curry. we can add 2013 second round we get back from dallas.


so toronto gets a big prospect with lopez, a huge prospect pg with s curry, a solid sf/sg with iguy, a vet sf with pietrus and a solid Center backup with biedrins.
we don't save money, but in the rebuild process we don't add to much either (iguy + biedrins = jose+barg contract) and we keep our first pick this year.
we still have 3.8M as tpe to buy a second round pick.
and pietrus is an expiring for 5M.
