oki, i understand we should take the two part interest in consideration, so what about that :

trade1:
to portland : Kleiza + evans + miami first
to toronto : batum + oden + TPE bayless

portland get some frontcourt addition, because they need some big, and get too a combo sf/pf with kleiza, who can score, post up.
and a 20-25 pick.

TO get a great young sf defender, and for next a possibility to keep oden. + tpe from the bayless trade to NOH.
so we will have a starter SF who can be a good defender. If oden can be healthy in the next years he can give us the depth in the frontcourt.

i don't know if portland will make it, but it seems to me a win-win trade.

Trade2:
to phili : peja + alabi + first round pick
to toronto : iguodala + hawes

phili get a young Center prospect and a 8-15 pick, so they can continue to build on young for the future. peja get them some flexibility.

Toronto get a solid SG starter and a backup Center.

Jose/bayless/barbosa
Iguodala/DD/barbosa
batum/Weems/wright
Amir/Davis/dorsey
Barg/hawes/oden

not a great team, but next year they will be good, when they learn how to play together. and since this season is a transition season, this would make sense, no ?

the first deal is still ripping off Portland..... the second deal isn't bad, just not sure it makes enough sense for both. We don't need Hawes at all... maybe it is enough... who knows.

oki the first one, i see your point.

but oden is out for the rest of the season, so he can go whereever he want in july.
they dont use batum right now because of mathews.
so maybe they can do it, if we put weems + kleiza + evans +first miami.

they need some change if they want return in playoffs, and they know it.
because West Conf, it's tuff, so evans will provide a solid backup pf who can defend under the ring, and kleiza will fit better in theiur system i think. and weems will learn some defense (he is not a bad defender).

If they are trading, it won't be their young healthy studs but rather their broken down guys or older vets......

NBA Trade Machine - ESPN

Toronto out : Weems, Evans, Dorsey, Miami 2011 1st rounder
Toronto in : Thabeet, Tony Allen, Memphis 2011 2nd round pick

Toronto does this trade as it gets a centre project who at least can roam the paint and block a few shots and get a few boards. Tony Allen instantly gives us a perimeter defender, a veteran locker room presence who has been to the big dance and was a key performer. Would be a good compliment to Jose and someone who could make Bayless even better than he is doing. Givnig up the Miami firster for their second round pick just moves us down maybe 8-12 spots and lets face it when you get that deep their isnt a huge difference in talent.

Memphis does this deal as all three guys will be off the books at seasons end and they move up in the draft. If they end up liking any of the incoming players they will be able to sign them for small contracts.

First try :
trade one : espn trade machine

toronto give kleiza + evans + miami first
Charlotte give : Diaw.

Charlotte gets a solid sf/pf player who they can develop for their style of play (defense) + an expiring and a pick.

Toronto gets a legit sf/pf starter, good passer and good defender.
and he is an expiring.

trade 2:
a: espn trade machine
toronto give : peja + first toronto pick
philadelphie give : iguodala + speights

b: espn trade machine
to give : weems + alabi + dorsey
Phili give : t. Young

philadelphie gets 3 young players to pair with all their young, a 8-15 pick and a huge expiring.

toronto gets a solid sg starter, a young backup Center and a prospect and expiring forward.

toronto :
jose/bayless/barbosa
DD/Barbosa/Iguodala
Iguodala/Young/DD/wright
diaw/davis/amir/young
Bargs/Amir/speights

i know some of you would say it's too much change. but it's a transition year. we can build for the futur.
diaw, wright and young are expiring so we can resign them with low price or let's them go away and bring a better sf player.

diaw and iguodala bring with them some experience.

2nb try :

trade 1: espn trade machine
toronto give : 2*2011 1st round pick + amir + alabi + dorsey
NYK give : fields + curry + 2011/2012 1st pick + 2011/2012 2nd round pick
denver give : andersen + anthony

toronto gets : fields + andersen + chandler
NYK gets : anthony
denver gets : dorsey, alabi, amir, 4* 1st pick + 2*2nd pick + curry

do i need yo explain the obvious ?
denver gets some youngs front court players for replace nene who retire and andersen and 6 picks in 2 years to rebuild and an expiring + their own expiring.

trade 2 :
toronto give eja + weems + 1st pick 2013
phili give : iguodala + speights

toronto :
jose/bayless/barbosa
fields/DD/Barbosa
iguodala/chandler/kleiza
bargs/davis/kleiza
andersen/speights

Give Sac-Town our first round pick and Portland Miami's first round pick then I think that deal is actually pretty fair.

crepe your trade seeems good, but if i may, i make some changes :

trade machine

toronto give : caldy, weems, Reggie, tpe + 2*2011 pick + futur toronto pick
portland give : pryzbilla, oden + batum
scaramento give : T evans, garcia, thompson + whiteside
charlotte give : jackson + wallace

sac gets : caldy, jackson and weems + 1st toronto pick 2011
portland gets : reggie, wallace and whiteside + tpe (batum)
charlotte gets : 1st miami pick 2011, oden, pryzbilla + garcia

toronto gets : batum, evans, thompson

in fact i change between wallace and jackson.
i think portland would want a sf rather than a sg, with roy (it will be too much salary at this post)
and a futur pick.

and sac would prefer some scorer than another defender under the ring. They have a lot of big already.
dalembert, cousins, landry, D. jackson and donte greene. and can had if they want another big with the pick.

chorlotte give away his two big contract, and gets some expiring, and can resign oden for less.
garcia can have some PT so can improve. and they get a pick.

Toronto gets some young, and with a good sf defender with batum, a very good pg in Evans and a solid Center backup.

evans/bayless/barbosa
DD/barbosa
kleiza/batum/wright
amir/ED/dorsey
bargs/thompson/alabi

espn trade machine

Toronto give calderon, weems, wright, amir, tpe + 2*2011 1st pick.
NYK give Fields, curry, galinari + 2011/2012 1st pick + 2*2nd pick 2011/2012
Denver give billups, anthony, lawson
GSW give biedrins, ellis, lin

Denver gets ellis, calderon, curry and galinari + all the pick (3 first + 2nd round)

GSW gets billups, amir and Wright + 1st miami pick

NYK gets weems and Anthony.

Toronto gets biedrins, fields and lawson.

denver gets a QB pg with calderon, who doesn't need too much scoring. and a beast with ellis to replace anthony. a young pg in lin, and an expiring with curry, some tpe from lawson (Toronto tpe) + 5 picks in the 2 years.

=>calderon/lin
ellis/aflalo
galinari/smith/forbes
harrington/martin
nene/andersen/curry
(+ 5 picks, not too bad to rebuild)

NYK gets anthony like they want and he want. plus weems who maybe will fit better in a team with a tue leader or two with this trade.

=> felton/douglas/rautins
mason/weems/walker
anthony/chandler/azubuike
amar'e/randolph
mozgov/turiaf.
(not too bad)

Golden state gets billups a great veteran pg, a solid Sf with galinari and a pf who can go with Lee.
make curry your sg.
=> billups/lin
cuury/bell
wright/williams/wright
amir/wright/udoh
lee/amundson/gadzurik
(less points but more defense with billups, and curry can develop at the sg spot)

Toronto gets 2 young players in fields and Lawson and a legit Center.

bayless/lawson/barbosa
fields/barbosa/DD
Kleiza/DD
bargs/Davis/dorsey
biedrins/evans/alabi

that will change things in toronto fo sure.
a big center in the frontcourt with Bargs and backcourt more defensiv with bayless/lawson and fields/barbosa.

the new young ones will be more effectiv :
bayless, lawson, DD, davis, fields.
we lose our picks, but we get some good prospects.
so i think this team will be more balance.

i hope i don't rip of GSW or denver, what do you think ?
