Think it could be done a back room deal.
Similar have been done basically just trading his Bird Rights. Bosh can still be a free agent its just that the Nets have his Bird rights. He will still be a unrestricted free agent. Till July 1 he is still the property of the Raptors. Trades are done for player at draft time this is no different. It might not take effect until July but could be done. |

Okay, this has nothing to do with the Raptors, but I was lurking over on the Cavs RealGM forum and someone brought up the trade:
Durant Westbrook for Lebron Now, if I'm Cleveland, I take that deal and run, but what would you guys do? |

OKC says no.... who needs a guy that fakes unprovable elbow injuries over two top 5 NBA players at their respective positions... not even Kobe in his prime would be enough for those two.

Actually can be done we just need to match NJ expirings to meet Bosh's salary.
This would not be a S&T but a straight trade. The Minni deal could go the same way Rubio for 3rd isn't a problem but need to match JJ with expirings. I actually think Thorn and the Russian would do it, |

Bosh is in the last non-exercisable year of his contract and cannot be traded. However, next season is currently a player option and if is exercised, then the player can be traded.

Some 76ers insider on realgm broke the rumor that Jack for Lou Williams is in the talks.
This trade makes so much sense that I want it already happened Jack, Evans for Lou Williams and Thad Young Turkoglu for Prince Calderon/Williams/Banks Derozan/Belinelli Prince/Weems/Young Amir/Young Bargs/Dorsey already workable + #13, MLE, whatever we get for Bosh Last edited by Shifty.py; 06-08-2010 at 04:46 AM. |

Clipper Boards are talking about getting Bosh in a sign and trade.
Actually like one very much Bosh and JJ for Griffin, Kaman, Gordon #8 pick and minnies 1st next year ( protected) I would do it in a heart beat. They think by getting Bosh and eliminating cap space they can get LBJ Obviously I can't see it happening Griffin is a risk but he has the potential of being the Star the Raptors need. Kaman a solid center..........does Bargs become expendable????? #8 is said to be Xaiver Henry a good SG..........would be a log jam there DD, Henry, Weems, Gordon, Beli Who could Bargs be moved to? How about the LAL for Odom Contracts match Bargs could be 6th man filling PF, C , F gives LAL protection at both C and PF in case of injury????? Resign Amir Doubt if it would happen but this is LBJ mania. It would be a instant rebuild for the Raptors with a huge youth component and trade options galore. |

This trade is for my friend LX to keep Bosh in the fold.
Jose, Beli and Brags to LAL Bynum & Sasha Lakers biggest worries are the health of Bynum and Fisher Jose is a Fisher type of center who would work well in the LA system (current LA back-ups suck) Bargs is a Horse and in some ways LA doesn't need the rebounding. He would open holes for Kobe. Beli gives them more of a bench Bynum is the big center most have claimed we need? Sasha sucks but he is an expiring contract PG JJ,Sasha Banks SG Weems, DD SF Turk, Outlaw (sign) C Bynum Whiteside or another C for 13th PF Bosh, Amir (resigned), Evans, Dorsey Might be good enough to be in top 4 in East? Have expirings of over 15 million But huge gamble on Bynum health Turk actually fits in well but if Prince is available better. Outlaw is likely the best SF available as a free agent that we could afford. Would that keep Bosh .......LX |

Rumored the raps want to move up to get Turner/Cousins.
Detroit trades: Prince, 2nd 2010 gets: Hedo, #13 Rumored Philly trades: #2. Brand, Young, Lou Will gets: Prince, Demar, Evans, Jack, Beli partially rumored with a Prince and Demar for Brand and #2 added. Toronto trades: Demar, Hedo, #13, Jack, Beli, Evans gets: #2, Brand, Young, Louwill Toronto adds youth and some athletes. Brands contract hurts but with Hedo out and possibly Jose being moved in another deals takes the sting out. Jose/Williams/Banks Weems Young/ Brand/Amir/Dorsey Bargs/ addd to that the number 2 pick and whatever is returned for Bosh in a deal.(if Bosh is moved for Bynum draft Turner, if Bosh is going to a team that nets a sg coming back then draft Turner, if Bosh is dealt for a straight tpe then draft Turner and sign a bigman and start brand Last edited by Snooch; 06-08-2010 at 08:42 AM. |

That's a pretty ambitious trade. It would clear cap space in a hurry for the Sixers and they could probably turn around and deal Prince later on. I'm not a fan of taking on Brand, but if it means getting the #2 pick and TYoung, I'm all for it. I can't see the Sixers putting TYoung in the deal though. Not if they're giving up the #2 pick. I'd love to see it happen, but it won;t.
I wouldn't move Jose. You need a guy who can facilitate. WHen Jose is healthy, he can be a really good, pure PG - something this team will need. |

Andres Nocioni, Francisco Garcia, Donte Green, #34 for Hedo Turkoglu, Marcus Banks (and Kapono trade exception for Green)
Sacramento doesnt like Green, Nocioni doesnt like Sacramento and Garcia didn't get minutes Jack, Bargnani, Evans for Iguodala, Lou Williams and Marreese Speights Calderon/Williams Derozan/Garcia/Belinelli Iguodala/Weems/Nocioni Amir/Dorsey/#34 Speights/#13/Green lineup seems "meh" at first. But consider thisis the wing help Bosh wanted. And every wing player is proper defender. And we lose Bargnani, who does not suit to cover for Calderon mistakes. Bosh resigning probability increases. The team is young and competitive. Last edited by Shifty.py; 06-08-2010 at 05:47 PM. |

The Team that stands the most to loose if the cap space battle is likely Orlando.
They have a top 5 Star but no cap space and with Carter and Lewis with huge contracts on the decline. They need a second option badly and are willing to spend. Trade Bosh and Turk...........................Bosh gives the second scoring option far better than Vince. Turk played well in Orlando and is familar with the system. Raptors get back Vince...........yes I know ........but he is on a 17.3 contract with a 4 million but-out. We get Bass and Gortat the $ work out. Vince will last till about the trade deadline when some team needs that SG/SF because of injury to get over the top. Basically he comes to be traded our terms this time. Gotat is a excellent center we could keep him or trade him. He would work well in a rotation with Bargs, Gotat, Bass and Amir. |
