Bynum is a personal favourite of Dr. Buss, so to deal him for Calderon, the 17th pick, Weems and Evans isn't going to fly.

Toronto: Gasol
Memphis: Gortat, toronto 2nd rounder
Orlando: Jack

right now the Magic have no back up PG and Memphis might not want to spend ~ $9-10 mil a year resigning Gasol so they can get a quality guy a $6 mil per
could then explore trades for Bargs if they can convince Bosh to stay

I just posted this in another thread, but I'm really starting to like it.

Bosh to Houston in return for Brooks/Scola/#14

If we can get Brooks,Scola,#14 in return for Bosh we could potentially become a much better team. Acquiring Brooks and scola while adding another pick would be excellent.
If I was BC I would use #13 on Avery Bradley and use the rocket's pick to trade down and get Ebanks.
We could then trade Jose in return for a sg or combo guard to get some scoring off the bench.
I would then do the rumoured Hedo for Diaw trade to shore up the front line.
We could have this lineup going into the season:

Brooks/Jack
Weems/Bradley
Derozan/Devin Ebanks/Diaw
Scola/Diaw/Evans
Bargnani/Amir

With chemistry, I have no doubt that this could be a playoff team. A potent offensive mix between Brooks/Scola/Bargs, althleticism with DD/Weems/Amir, potential lockdown D with Bradley and Ebanks.
Using Jose to acquire some scoring help off the bench would greatly lessen the load on Brooks and Bargs, which would greatly improve our offensive capabilities. Someone in the mold of Jamal Crawford/Eddie House/Marcus Thorton/Jeff Teague would be perfect.

Yes possible but Miami wants to get rid of Beasley for cap space not to add salary. Sorry should have said not likely.

Just cause I am bored today.

(If Bosh agrees to Chicago and Chicago can get Wade or JJ as welll--shouldnt be a stretch to think at least Bosh and JJ)

Chicago out:
Hinrich, Deng, Gibson, Johnson, #17

In
Bosh, Jack

Chicago gets a backup pg on a very good deal. Maintains all capspace.

Minny trades:
Jefferson, #16,

gets:
Deng, Gibson

Minny sheds a little salary and fill a position of need. Adding Deng and Drafting cousins gives them a dynamic young frontcourt. They already have more than enough pgs(RUBIO) and some capspace to go after a sg themselves.

Washington trades:
Arenas

gets:
#13, #16, Weems, Beli, Evans, Banks, Cash(buy out Beli)

Washington adds some young peices to build toward the future in Weems and the picks(adding to Wall, Blatche, McGee, Young, thorton) and Beli, Banks and Evans are all expirings who will work well for rounding out a roster. Allows team to go after free agents with all their capspace

Toronto trades:
Bosh S&T, Jack, Weems, Banks, Beli, Evans, Cash

gets:
Hinrich, Jefferson, Arenas, Johnson, #17,

Toronto adds alot of salary but become a dynamic team(offensively at least)
*Beli returns as a pg/sg combo off bench, resign amir, draft whichever big still available at this point(Aldridge, Udoh, Whiteside, Orton

Hinrich/Jose/Beli
Arenas/Demar/Beli
Turk/Johnson
Bargs/Amir
Jefferson/#13

team would defeniately need a certain type of coach.

But Hinrich doesnt need the ball, Bargs can do like he has the last 4 years, Turk can run the offense, Gilbert can get up a ton of shots, Jefferson is a back to the basket guy who can be given the ball to slow things down a bit.

But team would still need the right coach. and I dont know he is currently on the staff here or not.

Jack and Evans

For

Diop and Augustin

Bosh
for
Bynum, Vujacic.

Augustin/Jose
Demar/Beli
Hedo/Weems
Bargs/Amir/Dorsey
Bynum/#13(Cole)/Diop

I would give it a go with that lineup, see how things develop.

Toronto Daye, Iguodala, Young
Philadelphia Prince, Evans
Detroit Turkoglu #13

Detroit sheds immediate salary
Philly gets rid of long term salary and can start Turner
Toronto removes Hedo, gets youth and athleticism. Bosh either likes Iggy at the wing or can go and bring us future picks.

Toronto
Calderon/Jack
Derozan/Weems
Iguodala/Daye
Amir/Young
Bargnani/Amir

I COULD introduce Arenas or Brand into this lineup

both Jose and Jack are tradeable, but not an immediate problem.

What about a sign and trade which would be Wright and a second rounder for Dragic and Clark. Bringing in Dragic would make Jose and Jack expandable to bring in whoever we can for one. Dragic has experience and a great mentor, Steve Nash. Earl Clark had a dissapointing rookie season, but I think we could give him some minutes off the bench and let him develope, especially if we let Bosh go. We could also use our pick to bring in Xavier Henry opposed to a big men, because we would already have a couple of experimental big men in Dorsey and Clark.

2 trades to rebuild for future yet stay competetive now.

To LAC
Bosh, Jack

to Toronto
Griffin, Davis, #8

Why?
LAC adds a proven player in the frontcourt to pair with their allstar Kaman, Jack is alot cheaper than Baron and the addition of Bosh doesnt take away from the capspace to go after Lebron.

Jack
Gordon
Lebron??
Bosh
Kaman

Toronto adds a pf with a TON of potential and picks up another pick in the process. Davis is old and bad at defense but brings a little excitment to the team.

2nd trade
Jose and Beli to Charlotte

Diop and Augustin to toronto

Baron/Augustin/Banks
Demar/Weems
Turk/Aminu(#8)
Griffin/Amir/Dorsey
Bargs/Aldrich(#13)/Evans

Team still has expirings and Turk that can be used as trade bait for a winger who can defend and score(Prince, Hamilton for example)

I have a trade which is very unothorox.
Trade Bosh to NJ before the draft for the number 3 pick and Hump and this years 2nd and next years 1st pick.
Trade number 3 pick and JJ to Minnie for Rubino,16th, 23rd and 56th in this years draft.

We help NJ 2 ways they have Bird rights for Bosh and we reduce there salary cap slightly by taking Hump who is a useful player.Plus get there 1st round draft next year.

We give Minnie 3 & 4th pick in draft and a good back-up PG.

We get Rubino a PG for the future who could be as good as Wall.
3 draft picks in 1st round ans 1 second round pick.

Its a huge jump start to rebuilding our salary go to 45.5 million.
We have 16,210 in expiring or qualifying offer at the end of 2010/11.

Resign Amir 5 million
