I'm not against Knight, I just haven't seen enough of him. But what I've heard is definitely good.

Dude, I keep reading about people needing surgery left and right. I think players were legitimately hurt. In fact, the Raps had so many injuries that Amir had to play through several aches and pains. Isn't he having surgery now, too?

I think we benefited from the injuries in the long run. The Raps unitentionally slipped behind teams like Sacramento, Washington, (maybe even Detroit, who knows if we could have passed them; it's debatable).

No brainer, as long as it's not live and indoors, people will always gonna say it's rigged. If it is really rigged, live thing would be even more convenient. It would reduce of that conspiracy talks.
And why fake it so obviously? Win it with 2.8% possibility? It's more likely just balls.

I prefer Knight over Walker because I see more potential in Knight and not that much difference in play. Knight, DeRozan, Davis, and someone from next year would make a great young core to carry into the future.

Utah gets the #3 pick because of Deron Williams' departure and again with sales, ticket selling.

Washington gets #7 because they already had #1 last year, so Stern can feel good about bumping them 3 spots back.

If we can't get either Knight or Kemba (doubtful), we should look to buy a 2nd rounder and take Nolan Smith. He's been nothing but solid throughout his college career.

It's amazing how shitty this draft is, it an absolute crap shoot after Williams and Irving. All the mock drafts are all over the place but oddly most have us taking Knight at the 5.

How really knows anyhow.... a lot of energy wasted worrying about rookies and drafts. Ya never know. Toronto has had luck lately. DD may develop into a real player, and Davis, he just may be a top PF in a few years.

Ya just never know!
Ya I'm not tryin to say he's a bad player or anything, just more or less tryin to say to go with a guy whose been playing a high level consistently for a while and a higher level. Then again theres not many options I suppose.

Not to mention the bit about his knees scares me as well.

i'm not questioning the legitimacy of their injuries. i'm saying if we were playing for something, there's a good chance that Calderon for instance would have been suiting up those final games instead of sitting out resting a nagging injury.

I think right now, where we're picking we need to go after Knight.

Kemba is not big enough of a difference maker to me @ the 1 beyond a back up PG. We already have Bayless here and even Jose.

As Bill mentioned earlier, Knight, Davis and DeRozan is a very nice core moving forward and with next year's draft being significantly stronger, there could be a nice light at the end of the tunnel.

And let's start this club....
