We also need Matt Devlin, Jonesy and company to be more critical of the Raptors. I'm sick and tired of always hearing the good things. For once starting being more critical.

there's enough people here to be critical

and I don't want to listen to a broadcast where they are constantly negative. they do point out mistakes during the game and how they can improve so they're not always positive.

Charles is not always right but at least he puts his view out there. There's a lot of scruitny towards the leafs and I guess with time there will be more towards the Raptors.

These guys are company men. You expect them to hold Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment accountable?

but why do they need to do that? leave that to websites and newspapers. I don't really ever hear them kissing ass in that respect and they're pretty realistic about players' performances as well imo.

That's horrid! My guess is that he'll be depth at SG. If they have a deal to dump Calderon's salary and they then amnesty Amir (b/c of depth at PF) they'd have about 16Mil in capspace to go after Fields + SF (probably via trade). Maybe this is done to block that possible S&T with NY/PHX for Nash? They can maybe then flip him to the Suns?

Ha! Smart BC. Snag Fields so NYK can't use him in a S+T with Phoenix. The wily bugger. :cookie:

Eric Gordon and the Phoenix Suns agree to a Maximum Offer sheet worth $58 million over 4 years, sources said.

*looks like no Nash right now*

who will get amnestied now? Kleiza will make room for Fields but Amir has a bigger and longer contract.

only way I see Calderon amnestied now is a Lowry trade

I still say Colangelo will make a play for Lowry or Dragic and then sign Bayless. I think Jose is gone hopefully in a trade, then maybe we amnesty Amir.

this looks like his ONLY move. right now I don't have confidence in BC pulling off 2 successful trades let alone 1 for a starting PG.

Can we all just back away from the ledge?!?!

We're four days in to free agency. FOUR.

We're not done yet, who knows, we still may even get Nash, but some people have already thrown the Raps under the bus. I'm not talking about you specifically, but people need to wait until decisions have been made and this team re-made before casting judgement.
