26 (26) Raptors 18-48 It's borderline common knowledge that the post-LeBron Cavs started 7-9 before their epic unraveling. How'd we get to Week 20 before noting that the post-Bosh Raps started 8-11 and cratered similarly?

In his first three games back, Reggie Evans has already grabbed 44 rebounds. But the most important rebound of the Raptors' week was one he couldn't grab. Al Jefferson tipped in the game-winner over Evans at the buzzer on Wednesday, as the Raps blew a 14-point, fourth-quarter lead.

25 (26) Raptors 20-49 What is it about the Southwest that agrees with Team Canada? First it was a Dec. 28 shocker in Dallas. Then Sunday's stunner in OKC to give the Raps their first consecutive W's since Games 18 and 19.

The Raptors have won two straight for the first time since Dec. 3, pulling off an unexpected win in Oklahoma City on Sunday. Unexpected, because it ended a 14-game road losing streak, because they shut down a top-six offense, and because they ran a play for Amir Johnson to hit the game-winner.

27 (25) Raptors 20-53 Something tells me you weren't terribly surprised -- even after their seemingly miraculous win at OKC as recently as March 20 -- that the Raps followed up that stunner with road L's to the Nuggets, Suns, Dubs and Clips.

After giving up 138 points at Golden State on Friday, the Raptors actually had their best defensive game since December a night later in L.A. But they're still back at No. 30 in defensive efficiency, and they've still lost four straight, because they were awful offensively against the Clippers, shooting 39 percent.

25 (27) Raptors 21-55 Make that two wins over Orlando to go with an improbable season sweep of the Thunder as well as wins over Dallas (road) and Chicago (home). So give the Raptors this much: When they do win, it's almost always an event.

The Raptors hung tight with the Bulls and knocked off the Magic last week. DeMar DeRozan has made one of the biggest leaps from last season when it comes to scoring, going from 8.6 points per game to 16.8. His next step is stepping back to the 3-point line, from where he's 4-for-41.

28 (25) Raptors 22-58 My apologies, Canada. The Raps will head for the summer having left this Toronto wannabe with the sense that Bargnani's underwhelming season as a first option is the far bigger deal, sadly, than DeRozan's progress.

The Raptors have to be happy with what they've seen from Ed Davis, especially when you consider that he missed training camp. The rookie has averaged 13.6 points, 8.9 rebounds and 1.4 blocks over the last nine games, shooting 59 percent in that span. He should be starting from Day 1 next season.
