Crazy trade

NBA Trade Machine - ESPN

Toronto also get Charlotte's 2014 1st (owned by Chicago), Dallas 1st 2014 (owned by OKC)
Milwaukee gets Toronto 2014 1st, New York 2016 1st (owned by Toronto)

2015 Fields, Boozer, Hayes, Perkins would come off the books giving us all the capspace in the world

They do? Bucks get two first rounders, and Bulls gets rid of Boozers contract to sign Melo

I believe that Ersan is available as well - and would be first to go - however judging from last year, Henson didn't want to be there anymore. If he is on the block I would suspect he may have quietly asked to be traded? I would be all over that one and if we keep the pick great but if not still great.

Still think we should use the non guaranteed contracts for Boozer/16th pick or as DanH suggested Perkins/29th pick.
lol nah your avatar i dont wtf is going on there

Ford's latest mock draft (click to zoom in): http://i.imgur.com/6cNmfyj.jpg

Has us going Ennis at 20, has Cleanthony at 33.. interesting. Maybe we could snag him with our 37th or trade up for him in the second.

Mocks are always wrong. I kinda don't want Ennis

And I kinda agree. If drafted by the Raptors in the first round, Ennis would have as a canadian a lot of extra pressure. Plus, he might be a little over rated on this board. I would be happy with him as well, but there are a lot of other options to consider with this 20th pick (Payne, Capela, possibly Payton...)

However, I would be ok with this Chad Ford's mock draft: Ennis at 20 and Inglis at 37. Not bad.

Birch is one of the highest rated players according to boxscoregeeks' projections (like, top of the class of those projected in the top 100 prospects). Probably a good grab at 59 - he could surprise people.

I think he's slotted between the 40-56 range, not sure he'll be there at 59. Too bad his shot is so poor or I'd say swing for him at the 37th. Love what he does on defense though and can play above the rim on offense...knowing that he would gain more weight and possibly enhance his shot with good coaching would it be out of the realm to look at him with the 37th?

It would be a reach if we manage to get Capela at 20 and Inglis is still on the board at 37. I think we'd go for Inglis and hope that at 59 we have to choose between Birch and Bachynski.

Here's an idea. Heat are looking to trade their 26th and Cole to move up to grab Napier. I say 20th for 26th, Cole and 55th.

But we don't want Cole. And if we re-sign Lowry and Vasquez, what do we do with Cole.

Through Josh Lewenberg's Twitter:

Ennis: "I think everybody would want to go as high as they can in the draft but I think fit is the most important thing."

Ennis: "Toronto, in general I think would be a good fit. I would love to play in Toronto. We just have to wait and see if that plays out"

Cole is cheap and a great on ball defender but we don't need him if he we are going to sign Lowry/GV. Cole works well.in heats system, not ours

Yeah, I'd look to flip Cole for some similar prospect at a different position or a second rounder or something.
