Masai spoke in his interview with tim and Sid yesterday that they firmly believed there were 3 teams that would pick Bruno before the 37th pick, despite them trying to keep him under the radar.
He felt strongly enough about this kid that he was the #2 target behind ennis on the Raptors draft board, and instead of risk letting him slide to 37, they took him at 20.

These are all facts and masai has no incentive to lie about this.
There isn't anything to discuss beyond that.
Whether you think Bruno would slide to 37 or not is purely your own speculation.

If you just watch the videos from this morning's workout you can see why Masai is excited about this kid.
That's all that matters at this point

yeah, so a media ooutlet in toronto saying that other teams had interest. OK.

And there are weapons of mass destruction in iraq too.

the video of the 6 or 7 jumpers, as long as you get past the bad form, is proof in the pudding for me now. add to that the video of the dunking and i can finally start counting the days until demar will be traded.

And he was 19 I think. Giannis A grew two inches during this past season.

Can't trust Aldridge because Snooch and his boys never read it on the internet or Twitter.

It's not about that, I always said (and still do) that BC was good at drafting, and he is not a bad GM. It's more of the fact that we sucked so long, and his shortsighted approach (while here) and having no patience and swinging for the fences on the regular basis. I think he can be good elsewhere, but I'll gladly leave him in our past, that wasn't that pretty.

Wouldn't that make him a bad GM, or at least a poor one?

It's less of a challenge to draft well when you manage to keep your team in the lottery for a few years.
