Default NY Daily News: Andrea & AP Primed Candidates To Be Moved

Hmmm ... its hard to say at this point. Parker? Definitely, but if Andrea continues his current play over the next little bit, then I can't see him going anywhere right now. My guess is that Jermaine would be dealt and not Bargnani.

In the meantime, Jermaine O'Neal has been sidelined with yet another knee injury. AB/AP first to go?

According to the NY DAILY NEWS an eastern conference rival GM said that Andrea Bargnani and Anthony Parker are prime candidates to be moved by Brian Colangelo in his search for an athletic wing player as the Raptors continue to sink in the Eastern Conference.

I'm at the stage where I hope nothing happens too hastily. I want to see BC back to piecing together an actual blueprint. I'm not sure if JO fit into any actual blueprint when BC's hand was forced in resolving the pg issue. I think JO fit in terms of a contract that BC could do something with more than anything. So if he can't do anything with that contract until the offseason, he needs to take the heat and not do anything until then, aside from maybe moving AP.

LOL same here Macs. Also, now that Bargs is playing good I think it's time to move JO. This way Bargs can have a lot of time on the floor

This organization will regret the day they trade Bargnani. The one thing this team needs is a guy like bargnani. Unfortunately with the trade of JON they are forced to do something.

Right now, I'm leaning more towards JO being dealt than Bargnani. As long as we don't screw with Bargs confidence again I don't see BC dealing him right now unless we improve significantly.

I've been shaky on Bargs and been a big fan of JO but I have to agree at this point.

You'd have to think that JO has shown enough too to make a team think about picking him up for a stretch run.. plus with his contract running out it's not a bad deal at all.

Unless a really good offer came along for Bargs, I wouldn't touch Bargs. He is still a work in progress, he is not yet at his highest value. BC, please keep your pants on, otherwise we will assist at first grade rape, once again.

Based on today's game I don't think that BC will be a rush to do anything.

Although I'd hate to lose him, but if Parker continues to play consistently he's also going to be another hot commodity come deadline time for a team looking for a veteran SG.

He's exactly the kind of player that the Spurs would look at. Don't think that they have much that we'd want though... do they?
