Now after a successful game 1

Before this game there were a lot of negative posts on this board. Many people thought the sixers would win and some thought that they would blow it out. A lot of people were down on this team for the season. I know it was just 1 game, but after the 1st quarter they looked very strong. now after a successful game 1 how many have you changed ur mind. and how many havent?

This feels great, but it's game one and we may need to calm down a little.Me included. LOL

But great start to the season.I was worried about Jose for a few minutes, and about JO when he went to the locker room.

I was one of the people who thought they were going to get blown out tonight, and I think going into this game that was a completely reasonable expectation. I expected the Raptors that showed up for the start of the 1st quarter to show up, but I didn't expect them to turn things around so fast. I'm happy they did.

You can't really say anything till about 15-20 games have been played. That's when you can start to predict accurately. Hopefully this game can jump start the Raps to go all the way

hahaha..true!

we played well and smart. JO felt comfy...they forced the big guys at first...didnt work..and sam just let go and let the guys do their thing.

we got some flow..then sam called plays...

Roko was really good...really good for a rookie

i thought that the raps were going to get blown out, and i was glad to see that they proved me wrong. i think my comment was something like "o'neal doesn't look much better than rasho, our SF's stink, and we only have one PG"... um... oops

still need to get better on the boards, but o'neal, kapono (moon and graham, at times), and roko looked good. if those players can sustain that, and if andrea can improve, they'll go deep

so, yes, i think they look much better than i expected.

What, you think Raps win it all in 6 games?

P.S. Damn it, Wu, I should have finished reading the thread before quipping.
