Actually, our offense hasn't been that bad (when we're actually running it). There's a lot of good movement off and on the ball and we get some pretty easy looks.

The problem is that we aren't good enough (talent wise).

That is COMPLETE NONSENSE!...

LOL
While Krstic and Kirilenko, Navaro, MIrotic, Teletovic, Teodosic and MANY OTHERS are dominating Euroleague, Jonas Valanciunas is some kind of below average in Eurocup...

That's the same as to compare some guy in NBDL with top NBA players and to say that he's way better.

This is Nonsense.

no. it is called idiotism.
JV is not near the top 50 players in Europe.
He's just young, average center, playing in Eurocup (NBDL for your understanding).

If you look closely at his game - he's lacking of... everything.
He cannot create an opportunity
weak defender, especially against stronger opponents
No game with his back to the rim
foul prone

etc.

Look at his stats at EuroCup:
VALANCIUNAS, JONAS - Welcome to Eurocup

Look at his stats in Lithuanian Basketball league:
lkl.lt
He's good against teams without centers, but he was complete zero against Euroleague team - Zalgiris (Sonny weems team)...

He's soooo overrated player....

I agree mostly with that. Jonas is not the best, maybe in his age range only. Kirilenko maybe the best here. But Jonas still progressing

Your hate on Jonas is hard to understand. You being biased against him - strange coming from lithuanian. He did well playing for national team vs top NBA talent like Nowitzki, Kaman, Gasol's and Ibaka. He destroyed Kristic in game vs Serbia. Whatever his stats are now playing for Rytas means squat - check Rubio stats before he came to NBA did they look impressive? Rytas is bunch of chuckers with yugoslavian coach who sets all his game through perimeter guards and they do not run any plays for Jonas and yet he still is able to post respectable stats in limited minutes. He struggled vs Zalgiris but he played sick, and yet vs best team in Europe ( CSKA ) he posted double double 10pts/11reb in 20 min of play. Why you not talking about it?
And to call him average and ignore his crazy physical tools and potential means you dissing opinions of numerous NBA GM's or NBA scouts... Why don't you apply for the job as a scout, I bet some team will gladly hire such an expert, you probably will come cheaper then most scouts anyway right?

it just goes to show that most NBA GMs don't pay attention to European basketball leagues

And this is worth mentioning as well:

Which rookie will be the best player in five years?
1. Kyrie Irving, Cleveland -- 51.9%
T2. Ricky Rubio, Minnesota -- 11.1%
T2. Jonas Valanciunas, Toronto -- 11.1%
T2. Derrick Williams, Minnesota -- 11.1%

Also receiving votes: Alec Burks, Utah; Enes Kanter, Utah; Tristan Thompson, Cleveland; Kemba Walker, Charlotte

Last year: John Wall -- 67.9%

People see potential - better then Kanter or Thompson for a reason.

Agreed if we had some wing players that could hit some outside shots we would be a .500 team IMO, but at this point I would rather keep the hard fighting losses coming.

It's too early to decide how JV will be in the next few years.
I still think Kemba could have been great for the Raps with his passion and scoring ability.
