Right now the concensus mock has us taking irving at 6 and nogueira with the miami pick...that just leaves a spot at sf to be filled, not bad.

Now that Cleveland has 2 lottery picks, they have increased their chances of getting that #1 pick, and if they are smart, Irving with #1. I think they are likely to choose a big with their other pick. Leap-frogging them in the lottery would be huge.

In 10 tries at pushing the red "play lottery" button on ESPN, I saw the Raptors move up to #2 once, the Jazz at #1 once?, and Cleveland with both #1 and #2 picks once.

Push the button. It gives you a rush!

The Suns got the number one pick with 0.6% on my first try.

really does show you it is anyone's draft to win.

But it seems like a clever little program because if you look at the projected pick of the lottery winner and the others, it shows what they are likely to pick based on need. If Toronto or Cleveland comes up #1, it's Irving, then a big for Cleveland. If Washington does, it changes to Perry Jones because they have Wall, etc.

Scary, huh? People say there are no stars in this draft, but Cleveland would become more glamourous overnight if that happened. And I for one would be happy for them because the fans have been coming out for them even in this situation.

I get Derrick Williams a lot

Is he any good, or do the NBA and ESPN what Toronto to take him because he's shitty.

Why would it matter, it's not like we have Alabi anymore

arguably one of the better players in college basketball this season.
although his stats and team performance because they play in the Pac10

he's a bit of a tweener 3/4 to me in terms of how he plays...I don't think the Raptors need another PF

Even though they have Wall, if I was Washington, I'd still consider taking Irving since he seems more coveted. Then you might be able to pick up a starter at a needed position and maybe move down in the lottery (trade down) and still get another pick.

The more I look at this draft, the more I hope there is a lockout. Incredibly weak.

That would be a long year, but then there's always the Leafs to watch then, right?
