Jose sucks. He needs to stop playing hot. Potato out there and get out of there ASAP soon as Lowry comes in. 0 ball movement when he comes in one pass offense bricked jumpers

This has to be the best trade value of the offseason. Protected first for Lowry? BC's best non-draft move.

When Nash was courted by BC and co. I was thinking - why are we courting a guy who obviously wants a ring with limited years left, is 38 years old, and wouldn't exactly help to instill the defensive culture we need. Then I remembered, marketing must've been pushing hard for Nash given the economic benefits (ticket sales, jerseys, etc).

Lowry is no joke for sure but seems like DC is becoming one. He should man up and sit down Bargnani for a couple of games and let ED Davis start. Make Bargnani regain his shooting stroke while awarding a young guy for his hustle. I think Davis will run better with Kyle, Anderson, DD and JV. Bargnani is all over the place and DC needs to make him earn a starting spot...he'll strive in 2nd unit.

He shot 6/12 - 50% last night and was 1/1 - 100% from three...

The question is not if Lowry is > than Nash. With Lowry we have a starting guard and we gave up a first round draft. With Nash we would of gotten a Star that could of helped with attracting talent ... we would of probably lost more games with Nash and still have our first round draft pick to continue the building process.

I'm in no way saying I'm unhappy with getting Lowry ... it's just that now we have higher expectations and less flexibility with the Fields on the team due to the Nash signing failure.

If I was BC and would try to package a deal with Fields+Bargs+Caldy ... Not that I want to get rid of Bargs, but this may be the only way to get Fields off our hands.

Lowry has a solid upper body. He's built more like a RB than a traditional PG.

Lowry has been great. His toughness and leadership are understated, and he's playing great all-around ball early in the season. Like to see him use the bigs a bit more in pick-and-roll situations, however.

Nice to point out while it lasts that Kyle Lowry is currently 8th in scoring in the NBA and playing at an all-star level.

ED's production essentially equated to Bargs' last night yet he did it in 14 minutes as opposed to Bargs' 34 minutes. Interesting.

Quick question what would you guys rather is a SF
Defence
3 point stud
Pure scoring through multiple skills
Star at a sacrifice of one of our players
Or just the run of the gun 14, 5, 5?
Yes please. Take anyone bar Lowry and Val

Eddie looks good so far this year but is his complacent like demeanor enough to play big minutes? I just don't get the assassin vibe from him.

Kyle Lowry currently leads out team in every single statistical category except for blocks per game.
