Nash Considering Toronto As An Option In 2010

And then Toronto, to go back to Canada to play for the home team, so to speak.

I dont see us getting Nash in 2010, theres really no point. We already have Calderon, whats the point of adding Nash. One of them is going to have to come off the bench. Theyre both going to be making good money. Jose doesnt want to go back to being a backup again, and Nash is too good to be a backup. We cant trade Calderon and keep Nash because the way Nash's back is acting up, hes not too reliable anymore.

With JO's $23 million coming off the books in 2010, T.O. could make a good push at a swingman and a defensive C

Wherever he goes, he's going to play as a back up. If Roko continues to develop having Nash here wouldn't make much sense unless we slide Roko to the 2 guard.

He's going to wait till LBJ signs with NYK...

then Nash will sign

Followed by Chris Bosh

Followed by a Championship

Wait, how could they win a championship? Nash won't be able to guard anyone and Bosh will simply say, I'm trying to defend and rebound but Sean Marks is just too damn good!

LBJ will then realize he made a mistake and should've signed in Chicago to live out his dream.

Nash in 2010 will be a shell of his former self. Sorry.

From what we've seen from him this season and according to his numbers I think he's already there. He misses D'Antonio more than anyone with the Suns organization.

Nash in 2010 as a back-up though...

The guy's in tip top shape. Look at what Stockton did in limited minutes until he was 40.

He just said it in passing. There's always the "go back and play for your home country" card, but it aint happening. The smart money is on the Knicks. He lives there in the off-season, he loves the night-life and of course, the D'Antoni factor.

Nash will be backup in NYC, and if you think that isnt a great backup to have, and having potentially Bosh and LBJ on the same team wouldnt make you pretty damn good and a piece or 2 away from being contenders, then i dont know what to say, LBJ hasnt played with anybody the calibre of a real number 2 like Bosh would be (not saying Bosh ends up there, but yea, i think he will :P if i was his agent i would suggest it).

I'm pretty sure he will want to reunite with D'Antoni. It won't matter if he is going to be 36 years old then, if he is in the system that made him 2-time MVP he will (re)flourish.

Even if he comes here, he will most likely be the back-up PG
