Nash Back at Home?

By not dealing Nash sooner, he and Suns suffering now | NBA.com

Quote:

Barring a change of heart by the Suns at the trade deadline, Nash will finish out in Phoenix and take what's left of his skills somewhere else. Maybe the native Canadian will head home to play in Toronto. Maybe Mark Cuban will undo a mistake and bring Nash back to Dallas.
Would you like to see Nash finish his career in Toronto? I heard he wanted to play here if he could, or got the chance to, its just he wanted to be loyal to Phoenix so he didn't. If he could ever get the chance, would you guys want to see him in a Raptors uniform?

No thanks

depends on how much, for how long, and when.

cheap, short and next year... sounds perfect.

I'd take him in a heartbeat. We're not getting superstars wanting to come here very often.....

Bayless for Nash, amnesty Jose and trade for a young PG in the summer?

He's no longer a superstar.

+1 let Nash lead a young assist first PG

Dario 01-03-2012 05:14 PM

Nash is averaging 10 pts and 7 assists so far, I could still see him averaging 15 pts and 10 assists a game though, Steve Nash could play till hes 50

No thanks. As much I'd love to, but we need youth. Nash deserves and should go to a contender like Miami to get himself a ring.

We have Nash lite, so why bother?

he's not. he's an aging PG with a couple years left.

bjjs 01-03-2012 07:05 PM

Better late than never. This is a no-brainer if it's on the table.

I disagree, except regarding the few years left. He's a huge upgrade over Jose and with any type of team around him could be an allstar again.

bjjs 01-03-2012 07:15 PM

He led the Suns to a one Jason Richardson box-out away from an NBA championship two years ago.

Nash is as good as any come playoff time.
