How many 2014 first rounders with expirings can we get?

3rd pick for Rudy gay
7th for Demar
8th for Lowry
9th for Amir
Hang on to JV

Tank next season and aim for 1st pick

Who's with me? No one? Didn't think so.
I hope you're not our new GM.

Don't want to scare anyone, but I apprenticed under Ujiri for 3 years.

I'm with you. Keep JV and Ross and rebuild. The others should fetch us enough lottery picks next season to have a good shot at that Kansas prospect. Also, keep Amir, we need vet leadership along with Gray's.

Nothing is official, just a whole lot of speculation as to what is going on.

So potentially the hierarchy would be....
- TL
- BC
- MU
- DC

I don't mind someone else managing the assets, making trades and drafting but I still find all this surreal. Maybe Stern DOES have that kind of influence....

TL
BC (Prez)
MU (GM)
ES (assistant GM?)
DC (HC?)

^^Still say that DC is 50/50 atp. I'd be sweating a little right now if i were him.

No, the heirarchy would branch. The position being offered to prospective GM's is on the same level as the one BC currently occupies, just in the basketball operations side, rather than the business side.

TL
MU BC
DC

Both Ujiri (or whoever) and Colangelo will report directly to Leiweke.
