I was just thinking of this what does everyone think of offering Redd at least a look in training camp & preseason?

That is unless he is retiring...

Not retiring, at least doesn't plan to.

Michael Redd has been working with local shooting coach Johnny Clark while awaiting the start of NBA free agency today, and Clark said that the former Ohio State star shows no ill effects from past injuries.

“He looks great,” Clark said. “The kid is healthy. He’s doing stuff on the court that it makes it just look like it’s just offseason workout for him and not like a guy coming off two knee surgeries.”

Clark said that “quite a few” NBA clubs have shown interest in Redd, 32, who has played for the Milwaukee Bucks since he left Ohio State in 2000. Clark said Chicago, Boston, New York, Miami, Phoenix and Denver are among them.

Nice well we should have at least been interested, but it doesn't look like we are

Well I suppose he would be a great fit off the bench for us as a 6th man capable of scoring. But I dont really think we have a need for him currently. He'll be a great fit elsewhere who needs a scorer on their team to spead the floor

He would be a great fit for New York or Chicago..
he would have no purpose here.. he has game left, needs to go to a contender

He's a broken Barbosa at this point in his career, no thank you.

When he was healthy, he was a top shooter in the league. Problem is, it was so long ago that folks still were thinking "Remember the Alamo!".

No, thanks! I think he's been overrated, when healthy. Waste of money.
