Default Marion Likely Leaving Raptors

So, what's plan B?

As for returning to the Raptors next season, Marion, the free agent to be, would not commit one way or the other. Every indication he did give suggested that trip to Montreal may be his last taste of Canadiana until he returns next season as a member of a visiting team.

mm...

it's not giving us anymore concrete evidence than we already have. No it's not looking likely but I wouldn't revert to discussing a contingency plan just yet...

That wouldnt be great at all, but it would force a trade.

The combination of MLE and the #9 pick is not going to net new starters at the sg and sf spots.

I think we got him hooked on Canada the first time he saw that dancers went bottomless here.

Again I wish I were a sports journalist. This is taken from last week's press conference..so it's not new news... and it's just more empty speculation. He hasn't said any more to indicate what he's going to do, nor is there new information or quotes in this article.

I took the wrong career path

No we need Marion. Unless we can sign and trade him for a good SF that can provide what Marion provides(defence, rebounding, etc) I don't want Marion to leave. Please stay Mario, please

lol yep. Bosh is one of the best rebounders in the league @ his position.. same with Marion...

In his interview today, Colangelo said Bargs will never be a good rebounder. If he does plan on keeping bargs, which is highly likely, i hope that means Bosh will stick around.

I honestly think Marion is completley unaware teams won't be throwing a 15 mil contract at him this year. Shaun, you're in for a rude awakening.
