Arrow Love would love to play for Triano

Quote:
This is apropos of nothing and is offered only to rile a few of you up.

“I loved him. I loved having him as coach. He lets his players play, he is definitely a players’ coach. He is a guy that I would love to play for and he is a lot of fun to be around. I enjoyed him.”

Kevin Love on Jay, for whom he played with the USA team last summer and the select team a couple of years before that.

Gentlemen, start your criticism.

i'm not that high on flynn, he plays like a bayless, we already have 1, and even if not that, him and bayless are not the level of PGs i want as much core, those guys are not good enough for me if i'm talking championship contender, i'm looking for a star at PG

love is sick, but if our future at the bigs is really going to be any of the amir, bargs, davis, thats already crowded, i may be willing to give away Bargs but amir and davis i'm sure most people here are high on and that sounds like a starting PF and C, which would leave love out and we couldn't do that

YES! but nonbody's going to trade the league leading rebounder (highest per game in years), top 10 3 point shooter, and western conference All-star big man for an eastern conference non-all-star big man who grabs almost a 3rd of the rebs love does
only thing i can see that Bargs does better than love is he can create his own shot, has the ability to drive and his overall offensive repertoire is much better
love is like a matt bonner to the 100X magnitude

I actually like Flynn, he was great last season with the wolves. I wouldn't mind Bayless and Flynn, they can both score and dish out assists when under composure. Love would be great with Bargs, but your right with the clog at the PF spots. It'll be a hard trade for sure to get Love.

hmm

Love/Davis
Bargs/Amir

Love and Bargs starting with Davis and Amir coming off the bench hmmm..
but Amir really deserves to start

bayless does not play under control, and i'm not saying i don't like them, i'm saying they aren't good enough, they're 2nd rate PGs

It's easy to "let players play" on Team USA...

Ed davis, reggie, our first round pick, and whatever else it takes to match salaries.
Consider barbosa, bayless, weems or some combination of the 3 in place of reggie.

We need some serious talent, not "may be good in 3 years", or 6-8th man talent. We need another legit starter to pair with bargs, jose, and derozan. (Yes, I consider Derozan and jose legit starters).

Love knows how to butter the media up. Didn't he say Bargnani was the most underrated player in the game last week while talking to Toronto media?

Love is the most overrated player in the league right now. He's a more pathetic version of bargnani, except he's a fantastic rebounder. Why would anybody want the best player on a team that's worse thn us is beyond me.

Him making the all star game is a joke, shows how much lip service people pay to defense. You have players like David west, who is a great all around player on an elite team being overlooked because love rebounds like a maniac.

I would trade Bargnani for love, but I would never give Davis, who could become the two-way PF we never had. And frankly, trading even Andrea would be pointless, we'd be the exact same team as before.

He also said a couple weeks ago, he wouldn't mind leaving Minnesota one day to play for a winner. Definitely true, but really unprofessional.

How is it a surprise? Anyone with basketball knowledge would know Flynn sucks, even Minnesota fans want him gone.
