Well, that could be a better scenario than him going to Chicago. If Bosh wants to go to Miami, at least there is a possibility of a S&T. Beasley, 2 picks and TPE is better than shit. And maybe the Raps work out a 2 part deal that opens up a huge TPE.

Jack for Beasley.

Bosh for 2 picks and TPE valued at $16.6 million.

TPE worth $16.6 million is then used to absorb salary from another team while also obtaining further picks or prospects.

It's better than shit. I'd take that scenario over watching him walk to Chicago for nothing or in exchange for a poo-poo platter.

Chris is not going to Chicago without a sign or trade or likely anywhere else.
It has nothing to do about the Raptors but with Chris himself.
He wants MAX money and the 6 year contract.
He will not walk leaving 30 million on the table.
He has limited endorsement value in USA not like LBJ or Wade who can double income with endorsements.
Plus a EGO thing if Wade or LBJ sign without the MAX abd he does he can always stroke his Top Dog phobia.

The ego aspect is exactly why I think it's possible that he'll just walk without a S&T. Cleveland has implied that they will not do a S&T to help Lebron get his 6 year max deal. So, if Lebron and Bosh go to Chicago and Bosh ends up there via a S&T, Bosh will end up the highest paid player. I just do not see that happening. I think it's more plausible that Chicago splits the available cap space right down the middle and pays them both the same amount (likely $15.5 mill each, or $16 mill each, depending on the exact amount of cap space Chicago has on July 8th.)

Bosh's knees will be equal to Jermaine O'Neal's in 3 years time, especially if hes playing on a championship team until June every season. Your crazy if you think he doesnt want that 6th year at 20+ Million dollars.

I said it's "possible" he doesn't get it if he agrees to team up with Lebron in Chicago. It's most likely that he wants the 6th year, but he also recently suggested he's considering playing with Lebron, even though last summer he claimed he wanted to be "the man." Clearly, it is POSSIBLE that his priorities have changed. You're crazy if you do not think it is possible that he takes a 5 year deal with Chicago.

I didn't even say it was likely; I said it was possible. And my first post talked about a S&T scenario with Miami, so obviously I think he would like one. It's a matter of a hierarchy of priorities, and we don't know for sure what matters most to him anymore.

+1 All the shit he has on his knees cant be good. He's had plenty of knee injuries already too. It's not like I know his knees will be a problem in the future, its just a gut shot feeling that it will be.

Reminds me a lot of Shareef Abdur Rahim when he was with the Grizzlies. Shareef's knees were practically shot by the time he was looking for a big contract. Probably the only good movie Vancouver made was letting him walk. The difference in our Bosh situation is we will most likely get picks and young players in return.

He actually didn't have a lot of gear on his legs last season. The sort of light stuff that he was wearing looked to be pretty common among a lot of players. He knees would be the biggest worry, but I think it's a little early to suggest that he's going to be hobbled. It sounds a like more Raptor fans wanting to be delusional over what is about to be lost.

It's not just about his knees... he's not the most explosive player... his hops and speed could deteriorate fast and there goes much of his advantage against other pf's
