yeah, but there's no way he maintains that crazy efficiency
the reason his percentages are so good are because his shot selection has been very good the last two seasons. And the fact that teams are very concerned about his passing and choose not to double team as much (like we did ).Gay gets crowded because everybody knows he is not going to pass.

Can he score 60? Absolutely. However, if he was to average 37 shots, he wouldn't get to 50ppg imo, more like 45 or so - maybe even less because of the strain to go 37 shots night in and night out.

I also really, really dislike a player dissing other players and singing their own drum, even when they're right. Not good class (but then again, this is lebron, good class is not in his dictionary).

Rudy plays with a lack of passion and shot-chuckingness that does happen to remind me of Bargs.

its so weird because playing basketball for a living seems the greatest thing ever, but then you got guys like Bargnani and gay who given the ability, talent, skill, and athletic ability to destroy everyone on the court but they don't because they lack the passion and intensity you need to become a great player

its not even that they lack passion its the fact that they cant sustain over a game or season,

I wonder with Gay is he's a suck. Low pain threshold. He doesn't play as physical or aggressive on offense as he should. I know it doesn't make sense but I have no other excuse for the constant layup attempts instead of dunks.

I don't know how people still doubt Lebron, the guy can do whatever he wants whenever he wants.

He's terrible at getting people to like him.

yeah, well if not for that ray allen jesus moment, a lot more people would doubt him (unfairly) now. He's good, but he's not superman. Against a good defense focused on stopping him, he's not all that unstoppable. Still the best in the game, but to say he could score 60 points if he wanted to, not buying that.

I am buying that. I think he meant if he did shoot much in a random game, not average that many through out the season. He's shown to go for 40-50 points or something against really damn good defensive teams in the PLAYOFFS like every year. It just seems like he needs the right motivation and focus, however he rather make the right pass then take a bit more difficult shot. He rarely decides to shoot 40 shots, not his thing. Not cause he can't, just doesn't have that mindset to win it all himself.
