John Lucas looks pretty good, he did a good job getting the team back into it with a couple of assists and a bucket in a row. Might be worth a look as a 3rd string PG.

I think the scoreboard's broken... they must've hired the Hawks crew because they'd come cheaper

Good Joey and Bad Joey exist even in Summer League

Jaycee Carroll looked pretty good at the end, though I still think Lucas is the most likely candidate to get on the team, he shot badly but otherwise looked pretty solid and smart.

As a whole, the most wasted couple hours of my life since Ghost Rider.

Clippers vs Bobcats next, I think I'll watch. Augustin and Ajinca on for the Cats, Gordon, Deandre Jordan (lol) for the Clips. Al Thornton's there too... probably gonna whoop some ass.

Augustin doesn't look nearly as fast as I was expecting him to. The guy playing PG for the Clips has felt more impressive thus far.

But we'll see.

Watching the summer league is death. You dont want to see the replay, trust me. One of the games today apparently had 41 foul calls in the FIRST HALF. Theres a stoppage in play every possession it seems like, and theres too many players all trying to get theirs which creates al ot of sloppy play. Its not worth watching unless you know the result already and a player you like had a good game. In this case, unless you're a JG fan I cant really see how its worth watching lol.

That's brutal. Just by reading the description made me feel disgusted in the summer league

Only in summer league could Joey G drop 24, at least the man was aggressive...Lucas looks tiny, i guess it could work considering Ukic is 6'5...Jose's 6'3...Lucas is what 5'8? If hes our best option, where still banking ALOT on Roko, honestly im not against that thought, i'd just like a backup that TJ wouldn't be able to postup

It would appear as though Jawai will be playing this evening against the Nuggets. This was from the Sun yesterday:

WE GOT ROBBED.

PS we choked. Typical Raptors give up a layup to win it.

Make him go right Joey, hes left handed.

Joey had a sick dunk tho.

What's the deal with Jawai? Another game where he didn't play.

Where are all the C.J. Giles threads today? Kid had an outstanding game and nobody talking about him like we did that "one game wonder" Jaycee Carroll.

Keeping Jawai a secret. I read he had a minor groin pull and there not risking aggravating it so he has been prcticing at Impact with Herbert(new Raps assistant) and JO.

If you ask me I would rather him get special attention from coaches and JO for a month instead of playing in Summer League games. Moon is the same thing-you just know he is holed up somewhere with Alex right now learning to dribble, drive and shoot.
