Landry to see a hand specialist

Raptors' Fields to visit hand specialist - sportsnet.ca

good, now he can fix that baby and start hitting some 3s for once.

LET'S GO RAPTORS!!!!! 11-09-2012 05:42 PM

If it's been bothering him for a couple of weeks maybe he shouldn't have been playing or should've been used sparingly.

Stonezz 11-09-2012 05:47 PM

He will still suck.

pzabby 11-09-2012 05:47 PM

this should help his confidence. He can convince himself that his shots weren't falling due to the hand, whether that's true or not doesn't matter. He has the talent, all that he needs is a working hand and confidence, both of which he will get after this.

fields is going to come back averaging 20-8-5 everyone, BOOK IT!

I believe with a new hand he can become the new pre-injury Grant Hill.

Zalgiris 11-09-2012 06:23 PM

i call bullshit!

that's a lame ass excuse. from terrible player he went to terrible liar, but stayed the same terrible player he was

Bargn88 11-09-2012 06:25 PM

Was his girlfriend away for a while or something?

Zalgiris 11-09-2012 06:25 PM

not a single time during those games I saw him staring at his hands, trying to figure out whats wrong. Seemed like he has no idea what's going on, always shaking the head. Liar, shame on you.

LKeet6 11-09-2012 06:32 PM

hopefully a hand-job specialist. get him to relax.

0nekhmer 11-09-2012 06:51 PM

Its not the drugs!!

I can see it now: the incredibly incredible Landry Fields :cookie:

:joker: That's funny.

It is what it is. If his confidence comes back then who cares how it comes about - hand-job specialist or hand specialist. LF has shown to be a solid player prior to last year and this one, I'd like to see him return to form.

hope you've seen some of my other posts on fields. I've been one of the optimists, saying i think he can be a useful player who at least doesn't make the contract a complete stinker. I'd love to see him return to to form. I just feel really sorry for him.

he definitely needs to relax though!

no the only way he'll get his confidence to the max is to go out into the forest and be mentored by pekovic while he fights bears and rabbits and republicans and shit. then he'll easily average 0 - 98 - 0 and we can watch him devour opposing teams and cruise towards a 40 year raptors dynasty sponsored by jay z.

subtle

I'm thinking he doesn't want to play in toronto so he is just playing like this so we trade him...

Because I have seen this guy play & he is no where near this bad.

Of course he could be really injured & he didn't know it. It happens all the time.

Nice try BC. You don't have me fooled.

Maybe they can get Landry some new hands, and hopefully infuse him with some talent at the same time.
