![]() I still can't believe you guys pay such money to be at the game....
I support the Raptors, but i would never go to a game (at this prices). This is not a critic against anyone, its only that I lack the understanding (so its my fault ![]() |

![]() They're actually so fun. Even when the Raps lose, the music, the fans and the atmosphere is great. Especially for premium games. And sometimes you wanna see legendary opponents play.

The Heat for example, they only try for the last 6 mins of the 4th. I'd go to see Nash tho, haven't watched him play yet. Last edited by MBailey85; 01-18-2013 at 07:43 AM. |

As for atmosphere in the arena, I haven't been to ACC, but I've watched couple of LAL games at Staple center few years ago. I was very surprised at how passive fans are at NBA games, seriously most people were more interested in their food and beverages than the game, almost no chanting etc whatsoever. The difference here in Lithuania is insane, fans go crazy every time. For some visual background to this, here's the pic from yesterdays Zalgiris - CSKA game (16k people) and some video from regular season couple months back. ![]() |

![]() You're using Laker games as a measuring stick for what NBA crowds are? Lol
As for Lithuania games, it's a small country with not much else there sports wise. Basketball is a religion over there, no surprise it's a crazy atmosphere. |

![]() Jeff i think it's safe to say sporting crowds in europe in general are way more agressive, crazy and organized than anything we see over here for any sport. It's not just Lithuania. It's pretty much everywhere.
Youtube european hockey supporters, and most obviously soccer supporters and you'll see. North American crowds in general completely passive in comparison. (LOL) |

![]() ACC atmosphere is really great compared to other NBA arenas (from what I heard watching games on internet).
I'd be silent ant lazy, interested in food and free pizza if I payed 200 bucks a game.. Wow, seriously, is it like that every game or just against popular teams? I understand Canadians earn much more in general than Lithuanians, but I wouldn't pay $50 to see our National Team's game. |

![]() Also it's hard to get excited during NBA games, to maintain crowd on fire, couse duration of a game is like 2.5 hours, while in international basketball it's just 1.5 hour. that one extra hour is waste of everyone's time. Like someone mentioned Heat starts playing only 6 minutes left in the game, other playoff teams start playing only in the fourth, while in Europe it's game on from first to last minute, that makes fans crazy
